Mancat Monday: Purrs and POTP All Around the House Please

mancat monday 06262017
Hello everyone. We interrupt this Mancat Monday to ask for purrs, prayers and power of the paw for all of us please.  Thanks, we could use them.  I mentioned before that Sister Sascha wasn’t well and was on meds, but she seems to be better.  Of course Sister Gracie always has her asthma challenges.

Sister Seal has been pretty sick, she was coughing, sneezing and running a fever.  The poor girl got hauled off to the Vet for the first time since she was adopted.  I hear she was a good girl but she was not overly happy when she got home.  Of course she tried her best to avoid the peeps before finally giving in.  Sister Seal was running a fever so she had 2 pills and some fluids.  She came home with some pills too, which she takes fairly well.  She has a respiratory infection and the bad news is that it is airborne.  Now we think Brother Simon has it and we’re sure hoping it doesn’t spread through the rest of the house.

Having a sick kitty isn’t fun for the kitty or the peeps, but having multiple sick kitties really isn’t fun at all.  So, if you’d pass some purrs, prayers and power of the paw our way we sure would appreciate it.  We’ve got blog posts already scheduled so if we don’t mention the sickies that would be why.

Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We’re so sorry to hear this! Our mom’s been down that road a few times too, but we were lucky in that no one else ever caught anything. (She sequestered the ailing kidlet until well.) In the years following, we got vaccinated for URIs and we haven’t had a bout since. Hope Seal and Simon feel better soon!

Oh my, I’m sorry to hear that there is an airborne buggy attacking kitties in your household! You have my purrs – those of you that are infected and I hope you recover fully and quicky. For those of you that aren’t infected I cross my paws that you stay healthy. Sounds like a job for a Super Kitty Ninja buggy slayer!
