Hey everyone, I’m hunting on Manacat Monday, hunting for some deals. It must be mighty important to find a good deal since the Mom is hunting through the coupons. Sometimes there’s a lot of those things in the Sunday newspaper, sometimes not. This photo was taken back on Red Nose Day and there wasn’t one coupon for a Red Nose at all.
Mom will look through the coupons and sort them out into keep and not to keep. Then she gets out some sharpie things and slices them into little squares or rectangles. I try to help but for some reason the Mom isn’t overly impressed with my slicing skills. I also try to help by laying on them and keeping them safe until the Mom needs them. She says I’m always lying on the wrong stack. Well, why would I want to protect the don’t keep stack anyways? Couponing can be confusing sometimes. That half off still confuses me. Why would you want something when half of it is missing? Oh well.
I do like to shop or at least look through the things in the ads. I also like to help the Dad when he is shopping online. I try my best to not step on the keyboard since a time or two I’ve been helpful in ordering the wrong item. Oops! Oh, I said oops, that wasn’t exactly what the Dad said.
I hope you all have a fun week and remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
We think you would be a great help to your mum as she sorts through coupons.
We are not sure what she does not appreciate your help sometimes 😉
Just a human thing we suppose .
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
My human is not big on clipping paper coupons, but online she rarely goes to checkout without searching for coupon codes!
haha wasn’t some variation of oops? Yeah, who wants half of something indeed. Humans make little sense.
ha! I did the same… I’ve sorted all coupons for the mama … hope she likes my coupon-confetti ;o)
Nice that you help hunt for coupons……..even if you accidentally order some stuff on line from time to time your HEART’s in the right place even if you PAW isn’t! HAHAHA
Hugs, Teddy
We clip and save coupons too, Brian…grocery coupons and some restaurant coupons.
you know what? My Mom used to clip coupons ALL of the time but now, many of our grocery stores no longer accept them unless they are coupons that the store has sent. Ridiculous!
I know mom always looks— but since her food choices changed somewhat (by choice) she doesn’t always see what she needs. But sometimes she does. Getting 25 cents off of you buy three of something isn’t worth clipping she said.
Brian, it sounds as though your folks think you are a big help! ;p
the critters in the cottage xo
Brian, all households should be so lucky as to have a shopping assistant like you. The lady and big guy stopped taking the paper some time ago because the paper here isn’t good at all. She misses Sunday mornings cutting coupons and looking at all the ads.
Next time when helping Dad shop online, you need to “accidentally” step on something fun like jumbo sized treats.
We don’t have much in the way of coupons here in France, so we can’t follow your example, Brian. Too bad!
Purrs,
The Chans

Brian, they never give coupons for the stuff that we want to buy…isn’t that weird? So The Hubby is the master of sale shopping, and I am pretty good at the old thrift shop stuff, if I do say so myself!
We gave helping with couponing long ago, Brian. But you sure do know what you are doing in hourse and we just know you are a big help!
Brian you are very helpful. Your mom is very very lucky
Hugs madi your bfff
I love egtting good coupons too.
You are a wonderful helper.
Sweet Brian you have us laughing about you ordering the wrong thing. How nice of you to protect those bargains for you Mom. You are doing a good job keeping them nice and flat too…curled bargains are sometimes hard to read. Hugs and nose kisses
Brian, isso parece divertido!
Boas compras!
Coupon clipping can be a chore, but it sounds like you are doing an excellent job helping your Mom. Sounds like you still need some practice helping your Dad with the online orders.
Cats are such great helpers, and so unappreciated! 😉
MOL Oh Brian, ya’ll must have dat one click orderin’ set up. Mommy said there’s no way she’d have dat settin’. ‘Tween her noddin’ off and us tryin’ to help, who knows what we’d end up with. MOL big hugs fur all gawjus.

Good job Brian, helping with the coupons. Tell Dad, we finally got our internet back. We have no idea why it went away, but it did. You all have a great evening.
Our Mom does much the same thing here. But she says there are fewer and fewer coupons of any use to her lately. Then, of course, the ones she DOES clip out sit in the drawer and she forgets to use them until it is too late and they have expired:( But we are sure you are very helpful since we often see coupons for kitty foods and treats:)
Woos – Lightning and Misty
The coupons for the red noses were in-store! *wink*
My peeps clip lots of coupons too. I guess I should give a look next time. TW is mad they don’t deliver the Walgreen’s circular anymore for some reason.
You are such a huge help, Brian! We hope you get extra treats for all your hard work. Our mom gave up on paper coupons. Seems like so much is done on line these days.
Forget about those scissors! You’ve got some built in equipment to take care of the job.
We know you are the best helper!
It sounds to me as if you’re being a super help, Brian!!!! Hilarious ads/stories at the end 😉
My mom used to do that every Sunday, but we stopped getting the paper as she didn’t read it anymore and the deals are also available electronically. She says it is a sad truth, whatever that means.
