Sister Saturday with the Dolly Report

Sister Saturday with Dolly - Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!
Thanks for coming by to see me on Sister Saturday everyone. For some reason it seems like a long time since I chatted with you. Maybe it hasn’t been all that long but with a Sister Seal added to the rotation it gets confusing. You know us cats are not big fans of confusion or change.

You know what surprised me? No? That’s okay, I’m about to tell you all about it. We’ve had some food changes here, mostly to do with sweet Sister Gracie and her weight problem. Oh, the food changes were good and, for the most part, we’re fans of the new and improved menu. What was really surprising was that our food bowls got moved. Seriously, the Dad up and moved them across the kitchen. Not only that, there’s a contraption over there too. I understand that has to do with Sister Gracie and her weight problem as well. Brother Brian said it is an automatic feeder. Well, honestly, I haven’t seen it automatic anything yet.

Okay, I had to ask Brother Brian to explain further, since he really is a wise one and he listens to and hears everything. Brother Brian says that the Dad put it there so we could get used to seeing for a week before it automatics anything. I do think Brother Brian is confused though because he said our bowls were moved because of power. He seems to think that thing will start dispensing some sort of power food. I’ll have to ponder on that one for a while.

Here’s the funny thing, we all accepted moving the food bowls from where they’ve always been to their new location. Yes, we were all fine with that, which seemed to confuse the Dad, and he confuses easily too. So there you have it, eight downstairs cats that were fine with two major changes. We’ll see how it all goes when the power food starts popping out.

Have a fun Saturday everyone and I’ll see you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Sister Dolly, you had our Mom in hysterics with that report. We can’t wait to hear what happens when that new machine starts spitting out foods. Boy will all of you be surprised. That is going to be a good story. We might have to look into one of those for some of this gang. Hope you all have a good day and stay cool.

Hey, food is good no matter where it is. Hopefully the power food doesn’t scare and still tastes as good.

You all probably don’t mind having the food bowls moved as long as you get the food. 🙂

OMCs a moving food bowl makes you work for your vittles and that in itself is exercise.

That’s a lot to keep track of. I got a little confused when my food dish moved. When my dog brother was here, I ate on the counter. Now my food is on the kitchen floor, and years later, I still jump up to my old food location.

Ooh, your automatic feeder sounds kind of intriguing, Dolly. We sure hope it automatics some good stuff!

“The Dolly Report” sounds very informative and interesting! You should do them more often!

We had some food changes when the sitters were her. They moved our dishes to the floor (the nerve!) from the table. Thank goodness #1 has put them back where they belong!

Have a great Saturday and please keep us posted on the automatic stuff.

I’m confused too. Is the automatic food, er, bowl for Gracie? I’ll eat anywhere. Sometimes TW has to chase me all over the condo to eat some gut rot though.

Memories of Eric and Flynn

It will be interesting to see how you all get on with the automatic feeder. Sometimes I had to move Flynn’s bowl but it never bothered him.

You are all smart kitties, and you know that as long as you get fed, it’s all good! We look forward to hearing more about how this all works out.

As long as the food can be found…who cares?
But isn’t it fun to confuse the humans?

You are a beauty, Dolly! I was ticked off when my Momma moved my food bowl because the ants found it. Now I have to walk to the other end of the house instead of having it in the room in which I spend the most time. My Momma says I lost a pound … which made the vet happy. I guess it’s not so bad after all. ~Bear Cat

Sister Dolly, first off we have to say you are just so very beautiful!!! And then we have to say we are very curious as to how this automatic food dispenser is going to help Sister Gracie’s weight dilemma. It’s a mystery to us.

We dogs like to eat in the same place, but if we get the location changed, we don’t mind as long as we get our food.

Wow, you’re all so cooperative and kind-hearted to your peeps. If my peeps were to move our dishes, I think we’d all revolt. AFTER, we had eaten, of course. It’s not a good idea to revolt on an empty stomach, you see. purrs

It’s good to keep the humans confused! You don’t want them to get too comfortable! 🙂 Can’t wait to hear how the automatic feeder goes.

I think you will learn to like the food feeder. I’ve heard lots of good things about them.
