Hello everyone and welcome to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Today I want to chat just a bit about family. We all love our family and I love all of you, our extended family, too. I always feel so bad for the many that will never know the love of a family.
Anywho, I almost got sidetracked there, sort of like Brother Simon does MOL! I never really imagined when I came to live here as the brother to Ivan, and being the second cat, that I would be part of such a large kitty family. No, I’m not making fun of some kitties weight, large in quantity is what I mean.
Nine of us at times seems like a bunch, but I do love all of my sisters and my silly little Brother Simon too. Most of the time nine seems normal. Oh, sure, we almost have to make a reservation to get the best kitty bed or Mom lap time, but all in all it works pretty orderly. Sometimes the Mom and Dad seem overly busy with scooping, feeding and scooping some more. But I have it on good authority that they wouldn’t have it any other way. They love us all and we’re constantly thankful for that.
What are you thankful for today? Tell me and then come on and hop along with the rest of us. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I think you are all truly blessed Brian and I know that you KNOW you are too! I think that having 9 just makes your family one big, cozy family!!! You definitely have special pawrents for sure! xoxo
Brian, your hoomins are kitty-crazy, and we love them! We love that they take photos of you all, and tell us the stories of your lives. We are birds-of-a-feather, so to speak (sorry, Trour Talkin’ Tabbies)!
I’m thankful for sunflowers and that I’m still taking care of little Dexter, a welcome addition to my place.
Brian, we love your post today. We’re thankful for our large enough family of seven now 🙂 ok…maybe if you ask pip or smidgen they’d be thankful to be only cats…
Brian, you are a lucky kitty to have such a large and loving family. I’m thankful for my little family. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
We have a little family, but we are definitely thankful for it. We love that there’s so much love at your place, Brian!
I am thankful, every single day, that Thunder and I found each other at the cat shelter. I am doubly thankful that he got an A plus on his geriatric examination at the vet. I worried so that I made myself sick, but then I was so happy!!!
We have eight now Dusty has gone and we would not have it any other wy. Big families are just fine by us!
Happy Thankful Thursday!
nine is a magic number and the guarantor for happiness :o) I’m glad that humans like yours exist… they are the real heroes of our time and they make this world a little better efurry day… yay for furmily!
Bah. You guys obviously have some hierarchy issues. Or with the lack of it. Making reservations on the best spot, hahaha. I just threaten Tessa so that she’ll leave from wherever I want her to leave. /Kajsa
I’m thankful I get to travel with my human so that we get some one-on-one time.
Brian,
Our family is small, just two kitties, but we are thankful too for what we gave.

If I didn’t have Granny and Grandpaw, I wish I had you as my family too, Brian. You are one in a million <3 Pawkisses for a Happy Thankful Day 🙂 <3
You do have a big happy family!
We are so thankful that you all have such a good home. You are such lucky kitties. We are thankful for the roof over our heads and the many good meals. You all have a great day.
Family is one of the best thing to be thankful for. You’re a lucky kitty, Brian ! We’re thankful for having so many pawsome friends in the blogosphere. Purrs
You have a loving and happy household, Brian. Your parents are so good to you all and to the ferals too.
Family is such a purrfect thing to be thankful for, Brian. We’re so thankful for our family as well, and of course for our friends!
Having a big family and getting along so well is a win indeed. All the scooping, leave that to the humans haha
I am glad you have such a wonderful family Brian. Thanks for hosting.
You kitties have wonderful humans and a wonderful home!
“The more the merrier” is often said in our house too Brian!

I bet you’re a good brofur to all your fursibs & I bet Simon looks up to you. Your humans must be in seventh heaven to be living with 9 kitties. I sometimes wish I wasn’t the only kitty in my household. I share it with a D-O-G (whispering), but that wasn’t my choice. Are there any of them at your house, too?
You are one big happy family! Our family is much smaller but I’m very thankful for it, too 🙂
Oh yes today is a very good day to show thanks OMCs what a loving big family you have Brian
I only share my home with humans and good buddy let me tell you it is a paw full keeping them out of trouble
Hugs madi your bfff
You know, Brian, our house is much the same way. Mom says anything less than seven cats (now we are eight) and the house feels empty. And we too get all the attention and love we need and expect! Today we are thankful that the hots have gone away, and we pray they stay away! XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy

We are always thankful for the cuddles at bedtime.
The larger the family, sometimes the bigger the love. I think that is what you have. HUGS.
Families are the best, no matter what the size!
Now we wonder about your litter boxes. They say you should have one for each cat, plus one. So do you actually have 10 boxes?? We would need a bigger house. MOL!
I’m thankful for so much. I Most of all I’m thankful I can get up in the morning and put 1 foot in front of the other.
Joined Blog Hop for both my sites. I like these blog hops.
That does sound like a lot but seems like the humans make it work.
We are thankful that you have the perfect number of cats for your home
We are thankful for you!
Agreed!!! While we don’t have as many cats as your household, we do have three species here (four if you include the humans) and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Oh my! Do you know I just now realized I didn’t hook up to the hop yesterday? EEEEK! Oh well – better late than never Brian right? I really DO like sharing my “thankfuls” with you on Thursday!
Love, Teddy
