It’s Mancat Monday and, according to our refrigerator calendar, it’s National Feral Cat Day. You all know we care for many ferals here and just yesterday we celebrated Simon and Seal’s first Gotcha Day. Simon and Seal were pretty feral and are now enjoying the formerly part. Our wish is that many ferals can have that same experience. At our place we were all ferals at one time.
Unfortunately it’s kitten season again and one of the yet to be had ferals brought her five kittens to the back deck.
In this video you can see two of them. There are four white and black and one tabby. Oh dear, it’s been difficult to trap that many of them to get them fixed. So, on National Feral Cat Day that’s a good reminder that we all need to do more, somehow.
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I hope you are able to TNR those babies soon!
I hope you can get them and het them sorted out!
Good luck!
AAGHH GET not het * kicks keyboard *
Hopefully a trapping you can go. Kittens look happy as can be though.
So wish I lived a little closer so I could help with all that trapping. It is a job, that is for sure. But good luck to you and we all sure do thank you for doing that trapping for the ferals. It is just the best way to keep more out of the shelters.
I wish all ferals friend a good day… and I hope all peeps will have a heart for the ktitties without a home…
Cute babies indeed! Angel Sammy was a feral and for all WE know, I was too – they had no information to share with us when I was adopted at the shelter……..Everyone involved in TNR to help ferals nad homeless deserve a HUGE HUG…..
Love, Teddy
They are cute !
Me sure, your pawrents can manage them soon =^x^=
We appreciate all that you do. Ferals require special TLC; you’ve got it. Hugs.
They are cute, I hope you can catch them. Maybe they are young enough to be tamed??
Wow, those kittens look pretty big already. Good luck catching them and getting them spayed/neutered. Happy Gotcha Day to Seal and Simon. That year zipped right on by. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo and Cooper Murphy
Amazing how many feral kitties you have there! We see one cat outside every several months at best. You do great work, though!
We know you take real good care of all of those ferals that come to you!
Well that was a smart Mama cat…and OM word we hope and purr you can TNR Mom and the kittens.
Hugs madi your bfff
Oh such cute kittens Brian!!!! I’ll take the tabby, lol…
Seriously, our Feral Cat group is still working tenaciously to trap, fix, vaccinate & rehome feral cats/kittens. A few mature cats end up back outside as they are totally feral. The semi-feral go to barn homes. Most of the kits are adopted into homes. We have a great success rate but not enough man/womanpower to do all the work necessary. So we do what we can & hope for the best!!!
Much love to you & your fursibs & your FABULOUS Humans!!!
Sherri-Ellen 🙂 & a sleeping Siddhartha Henry (ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz….)
Oh Brian, thanks so much for all you and your pawrents do for all the feral kitties in your area!!!!!
