Hello all, thanks for stopping by on Sister Saturday, it’s always nice to be here to spend some time with you. Today I’m sort of relaxing on my perch. Why did I say sort of relaxing? Well, my perch is in the glide path of Space Ship Simon. When he starts up his furry engine and gets a running start for his morning zoomies he will cruise right by my perch. Sometimes it doesn’t contribute to my snoozy session.
Oh, don’t feel too bad for me though, I’ve been know to use my perch as a launching pad and take off after him. Yes, when I launch off of my perch it sometimes ends up back in the dining room behind me. I am getting my share of exercise these days since he is fun to run with. It just takes him a little while to wind down. Usually Sister Seal is running with him but I don’t chase her, I mean I don’t run with her. The Dad said it’s good to see me being more active these days.
We were watching the TV thingy with the Dad yesterday morning when that goofy groundhog came out and saw his shadow. That’s pretty disappointing because so many of us are ready for Old Man Winter to pack his bags and move on.
Okay, that’s it for me. I hope you all have a terrific weekend and a most happy Saturday. See you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I’m glad you’re enjoying the youngsters, Dolly!
Sounds like you are having a grand time with the young duo. We wish winter would go away too, but pffft to the groundhog.
Hi there Sister Dolly. Glad you are having some fun with that wild man, Simon. It is fun to race through the house, some of us here do the same. You all have a fantastic Saturday.
It sounds like Simon is giving you a real workout, Sister Dolly. You’re still spry and can keep up with that youngster, for sure.
Dolly your Dad will tell you about a song from the past called My little blue eyed girl
Well today’s post is called Our little green eyed girl Dolly
Gorgeous
Hugs madi your bfff
Hello Dolly! You are a beautiful girl. I wish that darn winter would leave already too, it was -1 this morning.
Oh, I bet you two have a lot of fun playing chase around the house.
Sounds like a lot of fun going on over there! That’s a very cool perch/scratcher, too!
Good for you Dollie doing some zoomies. My arthritis in my hind leg keeps me from running anymore. But I get my adequate injection today and I betcha I can run again in a couple a days
I ready for “Old Man Winter” to move on too. Nice Closeup. Go back to relaxing and sleeping. MOL
Ahhh, beautiful Sister Dolly you look very comfy and what a great picture of you. It seems you handle all of those Simon zoomies very well. lol Hugs and nose kisses
Dolly, we are all with you. We are hating winter. Mom really hates it, and when she gets depressed, it is no fun. It sounds as if your are having some fun with Simon. That’s terrific. Always love seeing your beautiful green eyes. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
Those young kitties sure can give a senior kitty the urge to play too:) We heard that groundhog say six more weeks of winter too. That’s OK with us IF AND ONLY IF we get a whole big pile of snow:)
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

We’re glad you are feeling so active lately. We’re ready for warmer weather too, but last year summer started way too early and it was waaaaaay too hot, so we’re ready for warmer, but not hot.
You are so beautiful! I love your name because that is what you are. A doll baby.
How nice that the presence of young Simon is making you play more, Dolly!
That looks like a very fun perch, by the way!
Purrs,

Oh sister Dolly your eyes are gorgeous and that floof! xoxo
I can TOTALLY see how zoomies bein’ zoomied right past your perch could interfere with nappin’. I can TOTALLY see that, for sure. MOUSES!
Oh, Dolly. I adore your eyes. I think that I say that everytime you star on the blog! I’m sorry that I’ve been MIA. It’s been a rough patch here in Colorado but it will get better. I even wrote a Thankful Thursday post but then I got called to my Dad’s place, and I never linked it to your hop. Bad me!
