sister saturday gracie 04142018 - Brian's Home, adopt cats, we deserve it!Hello everyone, thank you for coming by to see me on Sister Saturday, I’m so happy you did.  It does seem like I just did a Sister Saturday post but Brother Brian tells me it’s my turn again, so he must be correct, but don’t tell him I said that.

As most of you know, I do have my health challenges, mostly from my asthma.  The medicine I take makes me so hungry and I want to eat everything in sight.  So much for the diet thing, it’s not easy.  But the Dad is doing a pretty good job controlling my asthma and he has been very attentive to what I need when I need it.  Spring is very tough on those of us with asthma, as is just about any change of season.

But I’ve been doing good and have been more active than I usually am, not that I’m big into play time, but I do roam from room to room checking out what everyone else is up to, which is always something here.  For some reason I do like the kitchen a lot MOL!  I’ve also been spending a good bit of time back in the big bedroom, which is kind of unusual because I always thought it was a bit scary back there.  Hey, I even pay a visit to the extra food bowl back in the big bathroom!

That’s pretty much it for me today but I do hope you all have a fantastic Saturday and a super fun weekend.  I’ll be seeing you soon.

Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I hear ya on the diet thing, buddy. Extra food bowl, woza, I bet that’s a popular place. Going from room to room to check out the action is a fun and interesting thing to do, Alex. I’ve had asthma problems too and it’s still too cold for anything much to thrive. Hope you keep getting better, kitten.

Hi there Gracie. Our LG has the same problem that you do. Just a little overweight which means less food. It just isn’t any fun to not be able to eat as much as we want. We feel you pain. You all have a fantastic day.

Going from room to room to see at least gives you some activity. And finding those extra food bowls is always a win.

Gorgeous Gracie… mom can identify with you on the spring allergies. She has not been able to wear her contacts since March 3 and she is sick and tired of it too.

Happy Saturday Gracie, I sure hear you on the diet deal. Sometimes the best way to lose weight is not to try just let it happen. Good luck with your asthma. Extra food bowl extra food for Queen Gracie.

Sister Gracie, we hope the Spring (if it ever gets here) treats you well. We also hope your medicine keeps you well. Our Dad went for a short walk yesterday but it was super windy. With his allergies and all the trees in bud, he was sneezing and stuffy all night.

Good morning, Gracie. I’m glad your asthma is well controlled. Better to be a bit plump due to the medications than not be able to breathe! I’m sorry you are always so hungry. I actually have the opposite problem – I’m trying to regain weight and it’s hard for me to eat enough canned food (mom won’t feed me dry). Can you eat more canned food to help fill you up with fewer calories?

Gracie, you’re looking great. I’m sorry about your asthma and that the medicine makes you gain weight. I know from my doggy brother Wylie how hard it is to stay on a weight-loss diet. He also is always hungry, always on the search for food.

We’re glad your asthma is under control, Gracie, but we’re sorry about the diet thing. Ernie is on that medicine too for something different and he’s been eating like a horse and has gained some weight.
