The T.G.I.F. day is here, and of course I’m here too. It’s been a long week around these parts since Sister Zoe had two teeth extracted on Monday. She’s doing fine. The bad news is she has to wear the cone for another nine days when she goes back for her follow up appointment on May 7th. The somewhat good news is Brother Simon and Sister Seal are a little less fearful of the conehead.
Speaking of Brother Simon and Sister Seal, they are the T.G.I.F. for today. You all know what a close bond they have, they do everything together. My T.G.I.F. for today is Two Goodies In Friendship!
They even relax on the couch together. Brother Simon had the yawns and they both snoozed out shortly after this photo was taken.
I hope you all have a terrific Friday. Stop by tomorrow and visit with Sister Dolly on Sister Saturday if you get a chance. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
that’s cute, two goodies in friendship. glad sister Zoe is getting all fixed up
I am glad Zoe is doing well. It is nice to see Seal and Simon are special friends.
That is a long time with the cone of shame. You two sure look relaxed indeed. Friendship is grand.
Poor Zoe, but it is for your own good Zoe. It is so great that Simon and Seal are still such good friends. I really like seeing things like that happen. You all have a great day and I think we are going to get some sun soon.
two goodies is much better than just one… happy furryday and a fab weekend :O)
It’s so great that Seal and Simon are together and can enjoy each other’s company!
Here’s hoping that Zoe is all better soon!
Purrs,
The Chans
Hi kids! You sure are a pair of cuties.
Poor Zoe with the cone. We wonder if instead she could use one of those inflatable collars. Elliott had one when he was recovering from his ear issue, and he found it less cumbersome.
Oh the cone of shame. I’ve never had a baby that like those cones.
Have a purrfect day and weekend. We’re off to the boat this afternoon. ♥
Oh Zoe hang in there – I know that cone is a pain in in the heck (literally) but it’s for your own good! Patience is the key……..soon you will be cone-free!
Hugs, Teddy
Great photo! Glad Sister Zoe is recovering.
Zoe, we all hope here that the cone will be off by next appointment on the 7th, and that you will be feeling better. Simon and Seal look like what we all want to do on a Friday. Lay around on the couch and take a nice nap. Have a great day. Zoe get better soon.
zoe…please dont think of it as the cone of shame; think of it as the latest in hat fashion wear straight off the run ways in Paris ~~~~~~~~ continmewed best fishes to you ~~~~ hugs from dai$y =^..*- ♥♥
They look so cute lounging together.
Happy T.G.I.F . Brother Brian really looks and acts like he’s tired. What a big Yawn. When he yawns he makes a big tunnel. LOL, MOL. Sister Seal is looking like you she is wanting to say “What Are You Doing Brother Brian?” Have a a fantastic weekend. I know this is off topic but I wanted to share something with everyone. I saw a post about a cat needing adopted Again. The family that took this sweet Siamese cat in didn’t treat the cat good. Now they’re trying to find a new home for the cat. The author of… Read more »
They are such sweeties.
I love that they get along. My daughter has a cat that sometimes ‘bullies’ his brother. It can definitely be a stressful situation.
They really are a bonded pair.
It’s wonderful those two have each other to hang out with besides the rest of you.
Mee-you thee Two Goodiess foto iss priceless Brian! Brofur Simon an Sisfur SEAL are so luvley together! Mee iss sendin POTP to Sisfur Zoe on her teeth ree-moval. ***nose bumpsss*** Siddhartha Henry xXXx
It’s hard to remember a time when Seal and Simon weren’t part of the family. So happy they could stay together for the rest of their lives. You are Pawsome.
We’re glad Zoe is doing well! And how sweet are Simon and Seal.
Zoe, I have photos of Angel wearing her cone, after her spay surgery. She looked so sad! In fact, I took it off of her at night when we slept together on the futon. During the day, if I took the cone off, she would immediately start licking her incision. I felt so bad for her!
Tell Sister Zoe that my foster cat Blaze has to wear his cone for 8 weeks! Yikes! I give him breaks on my lap with it off, but that’s little comfort when he has an itch.
Sweet Zoe, we’re glad to hear you are fine but sorry about that Cone thing. We’re not a fan of those either. Sending purrs! Love seeing Brother Simon and Sister Seal together! Have a good weekend!
We are so sorry poor Zoe has to wear the cone…Arty has to wear his every night, and sometimes has to wear a dont during the day during the change of seasons because of his allegies…So he feels her pain!
What a floofy tummy Brother Simon has!
xoxo,
Rosy
Glad to hear sister Zoe is doing well. Cute picture.
Ohhhh Zoe we are so sorry about the cone but thrilled you are doing well
My Dad has been celebrating his bday all day so far. My peeps had their BFFF’s over for lunch and ice cream cake….and they just left at 2 we are behind
Hugs madi your bfff
We hope Zoe is feeling better soon! Love Simon and Seal – what a beautiful relationship!
We’re so glad Sister Zoe is coming along, but too bad she has to keep wearing that darn cone!
Those two youngsters are such a happy pair – it’s nice to see they get along so well. ♥
I hope Zoe recovers quickly. Hope the humans have a nice weekend too.
Poor Zoe, I remember when Cody had his cone when he was neutered, he still FLEW over the baby gate (as if he wasn’t even wearing it) and we nicknamed him “Space Boy” MOL
Good to hear Zoe’s dental went well, but sorry to hear she has to wear a cone. How come?
We love the bond between Seal and Simon. They are a sweet pair.
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
Thankfully, I’ve never had to wear a cone. I hope it’s not bothering Sister Zoe too much. It’s wonderful that Brother Simon and Sister Seal get along so well. It’s nice to have a snuggle buddy.
I love to see good friends snuggling together and having fun.
Simon and Seal, you make me smile and cry a little. I’m glad all turned out well but two teeth is a big deal and wearing the dreaded cone that long must be kind of miserable. Kisses to Zoe and the brood.
