It’s Tabby Tuesday and I’m in the cubie! It’s pretty nice in here and although I don’t really go in her lots I do try to hide in here from time to time. If I get back in the corner I sort of blend in and nobody can see me. That makes it pretty easy to pop and and surprise whoever might be walking by at the time. Oh, it’s fun!!!
Guess what else, I’m a super soccer player, really I am. I have a little blue soccer ball and I kick that thing up and down the hallway like a soccer pro. I can make it bounce to and I can even bounce it off of my head every once in a while. Hmmmmm, I wonder why the Dad got me a rubber ball that doesn’t make any noise when you play with it?
Oh, do you know what else I did? The Dad was pretty happy, I gave his toes the night off. Even though he keeps telling me toes are not toys, I’m not sure, they look like toys to me. Anyways, there was lots of feral activity on the deck all night long so I was busy watching them. They weren’t really doing much, just lounging around on the deck. Hey, you never know, they might want to play or something.
I hope you all have a fun Tuesday and I’ll be seeing you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
oooh I love soccer too… we could make a good team… and we will win the bowl bowl filled with greenies ;O)
That’s a great post, Simon! We are most impressed to hear about your soccer-playing prowess!
Good on the toes! Keep it that way, OK?
Purrs,
The Chans
Simon, I think you looking at the other kitties on the deck, thinking what an awesome life you have compared to them! I mean, they sure don’t have any toes to play with, right?
A soccer kitty. That’s pawsome. That will keep you in shape too 😉
So will jumping out of that cube. Heehee
bet the deck is pretty entertaining with the cats and critters.

I’m glad that you give the toes the night off, Simon…MOL 😀 Pawkisses for a Happy Tuesday 🙂 <3
Please give dad a break and don’t play with his toes every night. Our dog likes to play soccer as well, but of course cats move faster.
haha good you can have a ball with no noise, keeps everyone happy. A big night with no toes too. Hopefully he enjoyed the night off.
You are just full of life, aren’t you, Simon?! You must put on a pretty good show when you’re playing!
Oh Simon, that looks like such a fun cubie. Love that picture. Glad you are giving Dad’s toes some time off. They are probably tired of you. You all have a good day and try to stay dry.
We bet you’re a great soccer player, Simon. We would love to have a game with you.
Oh my Lily loves playing soccer also. She loves to play hide and seek too. Cats like you are so much fun.
Sure, toes are toys, just be gentle 🙂
what a cutie! Have a great day!
Kitties are natural soccer players!
You should probably give your Dad’s toes a rest more often, or he might start wearing socks to bed!
Brother Simon….I bet your feets move like greased lightning when playing soccer
Hugs madi your bfff
Simon, I love my cube too. At frist I didn’t but now I sleep in there all the time. When my peeps sleep, they have to have all parts of their body covered or I’ll attack. Lastly, do you even stick your tongue out at the ferals and taunt how you how a perfect home?
Brother Simon, glad to hear you are keeping watch on your feral buddies.
You are a handsome cat too. It sure looks like you have a lot of fun everyday. Well all night too. I’m glad you gave your dad the night off from the toe thing.
Have a purrfect Tabby Tuesday. My best to your peeps. ♥

Simon, maybe we need to start calling you Pelé!
Soccer is fun and playing with feet with socks on them seems to be a fun pastime with cats and dogs.
Brother Simon, you are a true lover of life, aren’t you? Maybe one day we will see you on the TV in one of those big soccer matches.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Oh I wuv a good game of bat the ball around da house 😉 Mama has some soccer plastic Easter eggs dat her gave me and I bat them efurywhere.
xoxo,
Matilda (& Matt)
Simon I’m a soccer guy too but I have ping pong balls. I have a collection of SIX of them and I try to hide them all over the house so Dad has to find them for me again. I love batting them up and down the hallways and into all the rooms – then when they go under furniture and I can’t reach them, I go get another one from my supply. I think you have a great hidey spot in your cube!!!
Hugs, Teddy
That is strange that your balls are silent, Simon. I wonder why that is!!
LOL, good thing the Dad doesn’t have any vindictive friends who gift those noisy toys that ring when they roll. My human friend once got one for a human baby (don’t know why’d they waste a perfectly good gift on one of those!) and it drove me up the wall listening to the ring, ring, ring all day with no hope of rolling the toy myself.
oh Simon, I love to play soccer too! my favorite ball is yellow and the mom-lady here calls the game Cheeseball, tee hee! hmmm…you know, all of our soccer balls are quiet too… ~TL
our mom thought she had lost pip even tho she knew she was in her special room. how can you lose a cat in a room?!?!? mol! turns out she was inside her ptu but mom couldn’t see her on account it was dark in there. we bet you can have a lot of fun hiding in your cubie, Simon!
pip, minnie, hollie, sharpie, ditto, TL
I love seeing you in the cube, Simon! I’d love to see you play soccer someday! That sounds like so much fun…
I think you could be an excellent soccer player, first hiding, and then jumping out of nowhere and kicking the winning goal. You are going to be famous.
What a wonderfur hidey place! I would love to see you playing soccer down the hall. I’m sure you are an excellent player.
Spongy soccer balls are tons of fun. One of my favorite games is when Mom tosses the ball just over my head and I leap for it. Does your Dad play that game with you?
We like playing soccer here, too, Simon! How nice that you had the outside crew to look at, so that Dad’s toesies got to have a break. 🙂
Sounds like you sure know how to have fun Simon! We would love to have a cubie like yours…it must be fun to surprise your Dad and Mom by popping out of it when they least expect it!
xoxo,
Jake, Arty & Rosy
Hey Simon, we had a cube house that looked like that but it got packed away with a bunch of good toys for a kitty and his little humans. You sound like a very skilled footballer, I’d love to see the dad shoot a video of you sometime. The ferals sound like they’re doing well and maybe it’s as much fun as watching bird TV?
You are so cute and full of fun!
Simon, you are one busy boy! We bet everyone walks past that cube with great caution. 🙂
How nice of you did give your dad’s toes a night off!
