Welcome to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Believe me, we’re sure glad to be here after several instances of downtime. As you know, each and every Thursday we tell everyone about the things for which we are most thankful and we’ve had some pretty busy weeks lately. We always have so much to be thankful for each day and today is no exception. We all love it when you join us for our blog hop and we love it when new blogger pals hop in too. Your thankfuls always make us smile!
Today I’ve got two thankfuls to share with you, both dealing with change. As you can tell from my photo, I got to try some new food, and boy was it yummy. It seems like we don’t get to try new foods very often so it was a real treat to try something different, and it was so darn good. I’m thankful that the Dad gave me a bowl to get my opinion!
My second thankful today also deals with change. As most of you know, our blog was hacked and we had a real mess on our paws. After we got everything cleaned up the Dad decided that the best option for us was to move our blog to a new host. If you’ve ever been thought that, it’s a lot of work and it kept the Dad plenty busy. But he got it done and so far things are seeming much better for us. We’ve got all kind of additional security measures in place thanks to Marco at Wordfence. I’m most thankful that the Dad got this wrapped up and we can, hopefully, get on with our normal blogging routine. Oh, don’t we all love normal!
So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
It’s funny how some don’t appreciate normal until it goes. We are with you. Normal is great!!
We are so thankful that you are no longer being hacked and everything is back to normal.
So glad to see you guys are back!!! We missed you!!
Mr Brian and Family, I am thankful that your Dad got everything all squared away…and he did it fast! Mom is totally impressed!

We’re thankful that things are back to normal and hack free now, dear friends.
We’re thankful this week to still be blogging about the PAWS cats after 1000 posts. 🙂
Hugs!
I am glad you like that food and that your blog is secure now. XO
my goodness, is it time for Thankful Thursday already? I’m glad your blog maintenance is over. It can be a big chore. New foods are always fun, especially when they’re tasty. We’re thankful that no one (human or animal) was hurt when two houses in our neighborhood were involved in a fire.
Oh no…you were hacked! I never even thought about being hacked. If we are hacked we will get in touch with you. Your thankfuls are super. Tyebe is thankful also.
Jean
that was great to make a change… yay for your dad that he found a way to fix all annoying things!
My blog has had to change hosts in the past, but that was before I was around. It’s a task that my human is NOT fond of!
Good to see you are back again. You really were quick with moving your blog!
Normal is good! I am glad you are getting on well with the new hosting. I am glad you liked the new food too.
Change is very important and also often very difficult. We hope the blogging problems are now history.
So, will that new food now become a staple, Brian?
Purrs,
The Chans
Great new food and better blog security are things to be thankful for Brian 🙂
We are happy you like that new food.
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
New food? Always fun to try something new isn’t it….like going to a new restaurant in town. HAHA Glad you are re-secured now with a new host. I imagine that is a HUGE undertaking!
Hugs, Teddy
New food can sure be a win. Yeah, we switched before. Such a pain in the rump.
So glad everything is getting back to the way you like it! It’s awful to be hacked.
So glad you are back. We sure missed you. The blog looks terrific. Well done. You all have a fantastic day.
We are so sorry you got hacked but we are thankful everything is fixed now and you got to try new food that was yummy.
Normal is definitely not overrated, and we’re glad your Dad was able to get things fixed up, and very quickly too!
Your new food looks a lot like the food Sam eats now too, and she also loves it (for now anyway – MOL).
We’re glad you got the mess cleaned up, too, Brian. The mom has been thinking of moving our blog to a new host too. But she doesn’t know how to do all that technical stuff. Enjoy your new food!
New food is a very good change. I’m glad it went well.
I’m sorry that you got hacked, but I’m glad you got back on line so quick. We love visiting you each day to see what you’re up to.
Have a purrfect Thankful Thursday. My best to your peeps. ♥
Glad your Dad got the blog situation fixed and glad you got to try some tasty new food, Brian!
Hacking is awful. Some site in China attacked my site the other night, but wordfence kept them back, that and an awesome password! So glad you got your site back and under control.
What a nightmare. We’re thankful it’s all behind you now!
Glad you got the hosting situation taken care of because that can be a real hassle.
Ohhhhhh yes new food can will get the taste buds flowing. Mom is slowly discovering that is the secret to keeping this Senior Dive interested.
We see your Dad’s new work over on the blog includes keeping our info in the blocks and we are happy about that.
We are thankful your Dad is a interweb guru too
Hugs madi and mom
Morning Brain, glad your dad got all the issues fixed and all is well now. I am thankful for a beautiful morning on the deck with Dakota and Lily.

We are thankful for all the little fur babies that come into our office every day and all the great people we meet on a daily basis. We enjoy every day here. We hope you have no more problems with any hacking. Thanks for the share. Have a great day.
Oh my, I had no idea you had so much blogging troubles Brian. Glad u have a smart mom and dad to get it all straightened out.
The new food sure looks yummy. We change food brands frequently, because Zoe is so finicky. And it is always a pleasure to see her enjoy her food, at least until tomorrow. 😄 I am so glad you can get back to normal and don’t have to deal with hacking and moving your website. That is a real pain. I just moved a month ago and had a glitch that I am still dealing with, but almost done. Yael
I am UN-thankful that I forgot it was Thankful Thursday! DOH! Think I’ll add a reminder to my calendar; let’s hope that works for me! Brian, it’s nice to have a new treat once in awhile. Last night…and don’t you dare tell The Hubby!…I snuck some kibble to Angel, and then to Manny and Chili Bruce. It just seemed the right thing to do.
I’m glad to hear the blog problems are no more.
I’m so glad yoo got yoor blog pwoblems secured. I don’t know any hackers purrsonally, but if I did, I’d put the bitey on them! What am I thankful for today? I’m thankful that my daddy is coming home from a long business twip tomorrow. Mom is losing it, and I am afwaid she might lock herself in the baffroom and we will starve.
Purrs, Dori
Brian I added my thursday posting just because I am thankful that my Brother in law is no longer suffering from the 5 year battle with cancer.
It’s a sad thing we have to worry about hackers all the time, but we are glad you have some good security.
I’m thankful that you are up and running and to your dad for getting it done. That had to be really tough. And I’d love to know what fuds you tried and loved. XX
We love trying new food, too, Brian! Your snack there sure does look yummy, and we’re super glad you enjoyed it. We’re also very happy that your web host issue has been resolved. Your dad sure must be relieved, Brian. Purrs to you all!
I’m glad you were able to get things straightened out!
I’m so glad things are going back to normal! How did the hacker get into the blog? What is your new server? Sorry for the questions just worried it might happen to use someday!
Sawyer and the entire family are happy for a month without seizures and Mom’s delighted it didn’t cost a ton to have her computer fixed. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
I’m glad you guys got to try some new food and it looks as if you’re sold on it. It’s nice to hear those evil hackers are being kept at bay. I’m thankful my plan to swim every other day is going, well, swimmingly.
Hi Brian – I am so glad that you got the terrible stuff with your blog worked out. Your dad must be a genius and so patient to work through all that stuff! I’m so glad about your new food, and I’m really hoping that Sister Zoe likes it too!
Normal is good and that food looks good too.
We are so glad your Dad is on top of things and is keeping your bloggie so safe and secure!!
Enjoy your new foodies!
xoxo,
Jakey, Arty & Rosy
