Hello everyone, Dad Terry here, again, on a sad Sister Saturday. On Tuesday, September 11th I helped dear Precious with her journey to the Rainbow Bridge. Her journey was a peaceful one and it was one she was ready for, she told me. She was doing really good, then she wasn’t.
Since we adopted Sister Precious in 2011 I have spent every evening with her in her treasured upstairs suite. I sure will miss our time together and I’m sure I’ll be quite lost in the evenings for a while. Sister Precious loved me with all her heart and the feeling was mutual. Monday things were not going well and she lost her ability to walk and could not sit up well enough to eat. Things pretty much went downhill from there.
I’m so glad she got to enjoy her new snail scratcher for a little while and I’ll be forever thankful that she accepted me and her Mom as her own. True, she didn’t like other kitties, but she was a total love bug with us. Thank you dear Precious for allowing us to share your life, for making evenings special and for the purrs and smiles you shared. We will love you and remember you forever dear girl.

I’m so deeply sorry. Precious was indeed precious. I can only imagine how much you will miss your sweet girl in the evenings. She loved her cardboard scratchers. I’m glad she enjoyed her new snail scratcher too. You were the very best family for her, letting her have her own room and making sure she very happy and loved, definitely loved.
