An Incoming Sunpuddle with Sister Dolly on Sister Saturday

sister saturday dolly 12082018Oh yea, it’s Sister Saturday and I’ve got an incoming sunpuddle.  I don’t even have to go looking for it, it’s coming.  Can you see it crossing my face?  I know this one is gonna feel so darn good!  It’s darn cold here in the South and rumor has it we might get some snow.  If you’ve ever been down South you’ll know that southerners and snow is not a good combination MOL!  The local grocery stores are out of milk, bread and toilet paper.

I do need to mention one other thing before I forget, I’m the good cat.  I just wanted to get that out there in case Santa checks in or might be reading along.  I never bother the tree, nope, not at all.  I do sleep under it but that’s it.  Really, that’s the truth.  I am not at all wild with the tree like some other mega-tail kitty that I won’t mention by name.  That boy cat, who will remain nameless, has been looking up, way up, at the top of the tree.  I told him to trust me, that is seriously not a good idea.  He scampered off so hopefully that’s the end of that.

If you’re in the path of the winter storm I hope it’s not too bad for you.  Y’all take care and I’ll be seeing you soon.  Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

No tree for us here. Mom and dad haven’t had a tree for years now. Just their choice. We’re supposed to get the snow/rain/ice/sleet mess up here as well. From what I hear the local store shelves are pretty empty here too. Mom and dad, being from Massachusetts, still get a kick out of the reaction to such weather down here. They say some people act like it’s the end of the world. Enjoy your weekend, my friends, and stay safe and warm.

Oh DOLLY. I didn’t see the weather for today, and mom didn’t either yesterday and when we got up…we’re supposed to have snow and maybe sleet. YOu’re right too, mom will regret not getting stocked up on milk bread and toilet paper! My food too.
And if Mega Tail gets up there…it’s Katy bar the door! (not me, I’m Katie)

Those gorgeous eyes; she’s a beauty. (Glad the tree is still standing).

PS – stop by, we have cats once again:)

Sister Dolly, we can see the sun puddle heading your way. We know that Santa is going to bring lots of presents for you for being so good this year. Thanks for sharing the lovely photo. Have a wonderful weekend and we hope the storm isn’t to bad for you.

Santa knows you’re a good kitty. I’m sure your brother will mess with the tree too. Just a feeling, but I’m sure we’ll read about an incident with the tree.

Have a purrfect weekend. My best to your peeps. ♥

Uhoh…..snow? Well let’s hope it’s just “conversational” snow and not MEGA-SNOW! I hope that sunpuddle reaches your WHOLE face – nice and warm………….

    Hugs, Teddy

We just knew that you are the good one, Sister Dolly, and we think maybe Brian is right up there with you. Just keep whispering those warnings to that boy cat so he doesn’t get on Santa’s naughty list:)

You look mahvelmous, Dolly! All it even does is rain here but rumor has it we may have gotten a few flakes of white for a minute or two. Stay safe and warm.

No storm, just cold. It’s that time of year when we cheer for weather in the 30s. Turned on the fireplace today so it’s looking all Christmasy in here. Thank you so much for the Christmas card, guys, I’m hoping it catches on and more people offer cards to their blog buds. My guess, it’s Brian eyeballing the tree top.

I hope that you stay safe! I love the term “incoming sun puddle”. You sure do have life figured out when you know where there will be a sun puddle before it gets there!

Dolly, of COURSE you are the good cat. But heck, all the cats at your house are good cats. Just saying.

Paws crossed that that storm is not too bad. Be safe!

Now it seems funny to us that you might be getting snow, and we up here in the North are finally enjoying nothing but sunshine (it is quite cold though)!
Keep an eye on that mischievous brother of yours, Dolly!
