Hello everyone, it’s nice to see you on Mancat Monday! As you can tell, I was having a good time in my bed which is on my beds which are on my mats, all of which are in the recliner MOL! Yes, it was really, really comfy too and I was right here for a good long while. I was sort of surprised that nobody else came up to join me.
So, what was I doing up here. Oh, this stacking happens from time to time during the week. It happens when the Dad brings out Dyson for exercise time. The Dad makes Dyson run through the house and in order for Dyson to have more room to roam in the living room the Dad stacks up some of my stuff in the recliner. The Dad stacks the
I’m not afraid of Dyson but I do try to keep out of his way though. The others are pretty much afraid of Dyson and will run when he enters the room. Oh, except for Sister Zoe, she isn’t afraid of Dyson at all. Sometimes she just refuses to move and if Dyson gets too close to her she’ll smack him right on his nose. Sometimes Sister Zoe will even try to chase Dyson right down the hall. She’s a brave one that girl.
So, that was pretty much our weekend. We didn’t see much here from the big winter storm like some of y’all did, but it is way too cold here, really cold. Y’all take care and I’ll see you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
I love that Zoe smacks the vacuum!
haha sometimes that dyson needs a good smack. Things in a new spot is fun from time to time
My mom collects toys and stacks our beds too when our Dyson comes out. Bailie doesn’t worry about it, but I am afraid of that loud animal. You look like the Prince and the pea story!
Wow, Brian, that must be so comfy. What a fun mountain.Zoe, you are very brave to take on that Dyson character. You all stay warm. It sure is cold.
Oh Brian for sure that is the Prince and the Pea remake.
My grandcats have a Romba that roams over their house.
That 16 +lb Gingerman Frisco runs from it. Itty bitty Mia (7 lbs) follows it. My daughter thinks Mia is trying to figure out a way to climb on board.
Hugs Cecilia
You must really enjoy Dyson Day, Brian. 🙂
Our Little Bit hated the vacuum. It scared her to pieces and she would run off and hide too. Love that pile.
Thank you for joining the Awww Mondays Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect day. My best to your peeps. ♥
Dolly, I’m glad you were comfortable on your pile of beds. I heard tell there was a princess who was so uncomfortable, all over somebody sticking a pea under her mattresses. I found a mouse once. – Tom x
That looks like a fantastic tower.
Can you send Zoe to us when the beast comes out? da Nelly is always totally scared and I’m too busy to fight the beast efurry time for him…
That’s the perfect spot to keep away from the Dyson, Brian! Better safe than sorry. 🙂
Oh you silly man cat! But I have also learned that the higher the better for a cat!
Brian, that surely does look posh and comfy! And Zoe, you are a brave ladycat, smacking that Dyson!
Brian, I never left the house all weekend, but I didn’t pull out our Dyson to exercise it! So, all fur balls and stuffs are still on the floors, under the furniture, and in the corners.
Brian you look like the Prince and the Pea…..tee hee. I’m glad Zoe stands up to that machine of yours – guess she wants it to know who’s BOSS around there!
Hugs, Teddy
You give that Dyson what it deserves, Zoe! How dare he disturb you!
That’s a pawsome mountain of beds, Brian! Goro loves to get on the top of stuff that are stacked when we are doing vacuum, too.
Sister Zoe is such a brave girl indeed!
I just stopped by. Great blog!
Dyson must be a common name. We have one, too. He’s noisy when he comes out to exercise. We don’t like him very much.
MOL 😀 I love to see you up there on your Kingdom, Brian 😀 Pawkisses for a Happy Day🐾😽💞
Looks like you’re very comfy. You’re smart to stay away from that Dyson thing. MOL
Tee hee hee. I wonder if that Dyson knows Hoover at my house. Hoover does the same thing as your Dyson. I walk by it while its scooting around the house and making lots of noise. It doesn’t worry me a bit, but It freaks the doggie out!
I started shying away from the sucky monster. Mom’s not sure why. Me either. WE didn’t get the promised much talked about snow either thank goodness.
OMC this is too funny!
What a brave girl Zoe is…We even run from our Dyson!
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
Mom does that with our beds too. Only Misty tries to climb to the top:)
The Oreck comes out here almost every other day, but luckily none of us are afraid of it as long as it stays away from out tails:)
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
MOL, Brian! That’s is a great title for today’s post. Good for Sister Zoe giving Dyson a smack! She is brave!
Keep warm and cozy today!
Aren’t you just king of the hill today handsome boy! I’ve never heard of a cat going after a vacuum – that Zoe is one brave kit!
That must be a very comfy bed, Brian. Sister Zoe is funny smacking Dyson on the nose.
Wow, you are high up there with all of those kitty beds. It must be so comfortable and we lovee that Zoe likes to give the Dyson a couple of jabs when it’s in action. Thanks for sharing the lovely photo. Have a wonderful Mancat Monday.
What a balancing act!!!
You look like the king of the hill. I don’t like those Dyson things. They suck.
We just have to call you King of the Kitty Beds and you’re sitting on your throne! Don’t fall off. BOL
I was going to say, this looks like our sofa when the vacumn comes out LOL
Brian, that looks so comfy that we wish *we* had a dyson!
that’s so funny! I pile everything up to when I vacuum and Frodo always climbs to the top!
We don’t like the Dyson either. That looks like the perfect place to stay safe and warm. We had lots of snow and cold, but our assistant is weird and likes the cold.
That photo reminds me of when I was a kid. My cousin and I would stack all my grandmother’s throw pillows on her rocking chairs and see who could get the highest 🙂
That’s an impressive pile of stuff, Brian!
Dysons need a lot of room to run, it’s nice to have that fun arrangement while it’s out.
Do you ever play princess and the pea with your stack of bedding?
Stay warm, kitties, Zoe, MOL. Love it and would like to see a video of her cattitude. You’ve got a little Princess and the Pea thing going on there on Plush Mountain.
Purrsonally, I do not care for Mr. Dyson. He’s loud and rude and doesn’t seem to take the hint when I race to hide from him. You’d think if he were any kind of gentleman he’d know when he wasn’t wanted and LEAVE. Or at least SHUT UP.
Brian,
It’s a good thing you can sit so regal and high from your favorite spot to watch all the activity of others trying to stay out of Dyson’s path. It sounds like that Dyson is a really pushy fella, though. Have a happy Tabby Tuesday!
Sister Zoe sounds like my kind of gal! Cabo is brave with the broom, but gives the vacuum cleaner a lot of space. Enjoy your perch….or maybe a new throne idea?
What a great set up you have there. Mommy does that with our stuffs too when the carpet monster appears. Ours is a shark. MOL Big hugs
Luv ya’
Dezi and Raena
Whoa! That Bissell is coming out right after I comment so I’ll make it a long comment. TW stay outta the way of little Eureka but am fascinated by Bissell.
Charlee: “Hmm, this Dyson character sounds an awful lot like a vacuum cleaner.”
Chaplin: “I don’t like vacuum cleaners.”
Charlee: “That’s because you’re afraid of them.”
Chaplin: “Am not! They have an attitude problem, that’s all.”
Charlee: “Riiight.”
All our beds, scratchers and various other things get piled on the dining room table when the vacuum appears. Most of us get out of the way, but Giulietta is like Zoe. She won’t let it think it is in charge. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
