Hello there, its Tabby Tuesday time and today I’m enjoying all things window. A few of you said you hadn’t seen a full tail photo lately, so this one is for you. Yes, my tail is still almost as big as I am and yes, it follows me everywhere I go. I do believe my tail could do its own selfie!
Anywho, I’ve been sitting right here looking out the window for a while. There is a few reasons why this is a great place to sit. One of those reasons is the winter sunpuddles come in here, that is when there is actually sun to puddle. It’s also a great place with quite the different view than the back yard. Then there’s the bird. That noisy bird is still here chirping at me from one of the tall bushes just to my left.
Sometimes I try to see the doggies next door when they are barking, but they are just out of view. I can hear them but I can’t see them. I thought maybe I could see them from the dining room windows but that was a no go too, there’s several great big holly trees that are blocking that view. I do see some birds hopping around on the ground from time to time and I do chatter at them a bit. Mostly they ignore me for some reason.
Other than that there’s not much else going on, at least not yet. I hope you all have a terrific Tabby Tuesday and I’ll be seeing you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Simon, that really is an impressive tail 🙂
We love our windows too and Julie loves them most.
She likes to watch the birds and squirrels.
We all like the sunbeams that come in through the windows!
Purrs Georgia,Julie and JJ
and it also the place made for you and your fabulous tail… it fits purrfectly ;O)
Simon, do you carry your tail straight up? It seems like cats with bigger and bushier tails tend to keep theirs down just from sheer weight. I tell you … dragging that tail around must be a job in itself!
That tail sure can selfie on its own indeed. That bird must be taunting you. Maybe the pups are too.
Oh Simon, we are so glad to see that magnificent tail of yours and what a great picture of it.You sure have a lot of things to keep track of and it looks like you are doing a great job. You all stay warm, big big cold coming.
That looks like a very comfy and relaxing spot for you to hang out.
Awww your tail is glorious, Simon! I think it can do its own selfie for sure!
That tail totally fascinates me Simon! How long does it take to bathe that thing??
Mom must have to do a lot less dusting because of that tail. LOL
Winter puddles are a little somniferous where I live, Simon…MOL😺Enjoy your view, now I see you I enjoy it too😸Pawkisses for a Happy Tuesday🐾😽💞
HAHA…yep, those doggies can become a pain esp when they start all that silly barking. Lily has taken to sitting on the back of my mom’s couch and looking out. Course that is in between taking turns with the dogs. Love that BIG BUSHY tail.
That’s one impressive tail for sure. You’re just impressive. Yes being able to see the world outside your window is a good thing.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Tabby Tuesday. My best to your peeps. ♥
Simon, you are so floofalicious!
Brian,
I like looking out my window when the sun is out, too. It’s so cheery during the winter to see the wonderful blue sky and big white fluffy clouds. This morning we got some white fluff that came down and it’s really cold. No blue skies or birds chirping or much of anything else going on outside my window. *sigh* I’m ready for spring, how about you?
Simon that is one glorious tail you have there. MY word it looks like it was styled and groomed just for the photo
Hugs Cecilia
Sweet Simon we do believe that your beautiful tail is ‘king’ of all tails. That is a great place to watch all those things. Do you fuss at that bird? Hugs and nose kisses
dood yur tail could get a job N ewe wood haz sum cash ta buy kewl cat stuff 🙂 ♥♥
Oh my goodness, Simon! Your tail goes on for daaaaaays! I think I’ll be looking for sun puddles tomorrow. High is expected to be EIGHT degrees.
You do have a wonderful tail, Simon.
Maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of fur if you look hard enough, Simon. I’m not even opening the blinds today and I’d be afraid a kitty would freeze to the window if they were in the good perching place. My car which is in underground parking even has a dead battery and the real cold has yet to come.
Why not come by and link up?
That tail is full of floof. My dog sits by the door and watches the other dogs and people go by.
You have the best most magnificentest tail ever!
wow Simon! You need a whole separate couch just for your tail!
It looks like the purrrfect spot to view the outside and the purrrfect fluffy tail too. Those sun puddles must feel good during the colder afternoon days. Thanks for sharing the wonderful photo. Have a great rest of your day.
We never get tired of seeing that awesome tail, Simon! It sounds like there is lots to do and see around there!
What a magnificent tailio, Simon. What a great view. All I have to look at is a concrete jungle.
We bet those doggies would love to see you too, Brother Simon. We think you have the most beautiful cat tail we have ever seen!!!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
That tail is just something else!
It sounds like you have some interesting things to see. I hope you don’t get any or don’t get much of the extremely cold weather that is coming our way.
Do you have tail extensions in there, Simon?
You and your tail are lovely, enjoy your sun puddles!
Mudpie would love a window seat like that in the winter!
That’s a whale of a tail, my little furry friend. Our furbabies have been enjoying sunpuddles for the last couple of days, although a lap is still highly preferred – they let us know that we don’t sit down nearly enough!!
You have the best tail.
We thin in a couple of months that will be a pawesome place to watch the birdies!! I In the meantime it is nice to see that floofy tail of yours!
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
This post should be called Tabby Tuesday with Simon and His Window Seat and His Tail!
Aren’t barking dogs annoying? We have three yippy ones next door. They bark at air.
i watched the cold snow and wind out my windows today. BRRRR.
We think with your descriptive skills you should consider writing a novel or screenplay.
You keep looking out that window, Simon, and we’ll keep an eye on your tailio!
That is a seriously big tail! And of course looking out the window is a great way to study the birdies and evil skwerls…
Deleted. Repeated.
You really do have a magnificent tail, Simon! Enjoy what you can of your view!
Hey Simon, trust me, you ain’t missin’ nuffin’ wiuth those woofies. We see ’em ’round here all the time. Nuffin’ much to see. MOL Have fun. Big hugs

Simon, you’ve a handsome tail. Our Molly the Cats thinks it’s the cat’s meow. She also wants you to know that her tail curves like a question mark. Purrrrrrrrrrrrr, says she.
