Sister Saturday Sitting with Sister Dolly

Hooray, it’s Sister Saturday with me…yes, you can say Hello Dolly if you want to, or sing it if you prefur! Either way it makes me smile, so thanks for coming by. We’ve sure had some nice days in our neck of the woods, but I know lots of you have had a pretty blustery winter. I hope all of you made it though the last Winter storm okay.

Anyways, today I’m sitting on the green bench, a spot I picked just for today because I know if there’s gonna be a sunpuddle it will show up here. As you might have already guessed, this green bench is a pretty popular spot here. It’s an older bench too and it used to belong to our Grandma, our Mom’s Mom, who is in heaven now. She always got a kick out of seeing us enjoy it so much. It’s really nice with the plush towel topper too.

The green bench isn’t the only place I hang out though. I do like to sit on the back of the couch and look out at the front yard and over at the lake. I like to sit on the black bench in the big bedroom too, that’s where there’s lots of bird and squirrel action going on. I must say though, my absolute favorite sitting place in right on Dad’s lap. Now that spot really gets the purr motor going, for both of us.
