Thankful Thursday Blog Hop: 3 Things I Like About Spring

thankful thursday brian 03212019

Hello there, it’s nice to see you and it’s time for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop once again. As you know by now, each and every Thursday we post about things we are thankful for, and we always look forward to reading about all of the things you are thankful for too. We do get excited when we see new blogger pals hopping in to join us!

Today I’m thankful that Spring is finally here, it sure seems like it’s taken its sweet old time showing up, Old Man Winter was being a bit feisty. We didn’t have that much of a winter as far as snow and ice, but we had our share of cold and icky, and rain, lots of rain. Hey, we’ve had 9 days in a row without rain here, that’s really nice after all the monsoons.

Anyways, I’m very thankful that Spring has sprung and there is lots to be thankful for too. As I mentioned last week, I’m thankful for a new season of Bird-TV and it looks like there’s lots of new programming going on with an interesting cast of characters. I’m also thankful that Spring means Blooming Season, it’s nice to see all of the pretty blooms happening. I guess the downside is some of the pollen causes allergies, but I don’t have those. Last, but certainly not least, I’m thankful for the warmer temperatures so that our feral family can eat and take time to enjoy their meals. Thanks for showing up Spring, we’ve missed you.

So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

It’s still in the 40s here but the baseball season is about the begin. TW is thankful for that. Spring means baseball, as well as croci poking their heads out of the ground and watching that she doesn’t walk under any wires with birds on them. MOL!

Our spring usually starts in February but this year we had rain and more rain with snow in the mountains. Spring is really late.

  3. Summer

I’m not sure if I’m thankful about spring being here or not – because we had rain today (and maybe some hail!). Once we get our sun puddles back, I may change my mind.

Brian, dear furiend, our spring has come and gone – I do wish it would stay longer. Alas summer is in Florida. If you like the 80s, please come for a visit!
Before I forget (again) thank you for hosting this wonderful hop.

I too am glad SPRING appeared yesterday and we were able to say good bye to WINTER…..problem with that is you know Mother Nature got the meno but she will still will not play along all that well. There will be some late cold snaps and freeze warnings where we have to cover up things to keep from them freezing at the stage of the game. Thank for…..being home.

I’ve missed spring too. Yesterday it rained, but today the sun is shining. More rain to come, but at least it’s warmer. I’m happy about that too.

Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect spring day and thankful Thursday. My best to your peeps. ♥

We are Thankful for Spring and Sunshine and the return of warmer weather. We now have a goose couple stopping by for breakfast and dinner. The trees are flowering, and the birds are singing. And this week our baby brother Rabbit appeared on HLN news PetMoment wearing his koi fish costume while climbing a ladder. We were so Thankful that HLN selected Rabbit’s video. Hope everyone enjoys a wonderpurr week.

We’re thankful for Spring too! Although we don’t like the strong storms that seem to come with the season. Looks like you have a lot of toys in which to be thankful for as well as new episodes of Bird TV! Hope your weekend is wonderfully warm.

Brian, it sounds like things are ‘brightening’ for you and yours – good news! I love spring too, and it is a relief to not worry AS MUCH about the ferals out in all weather – Happy Thursday!

We are also thankful that spring is here! We may be a little behind you, with lots of snow still to melt, but the sun is much warmer and the snow IS melting, so that’s the important thing!

Spring brings many reasons to be thankful, lots of new life beginning. Mom loves Spring, but not all the dirty outside work it brings:(

Hi there, we are waiting for Spring here. Spring is referred to as Spring Breakup here or *the muddy season* for obvious reasons. We sure could use some colour around here. White is like too white…just ask Tyebe.
