Here we go gang, it’s Mancat Monday again and you just wouldn’t believe what a busy weekend we had…NOT! Nope, it wasn’t busy at all, but that’s okay, we all seriously enjoyed the not busy thing. Okay, some of us enjoyed the not busy more that others. Yes, Brother Simon seemed to be pretty busy, but then again that’s pretty normal.
I wanted to mention two things of note today. First, starting yesterday, this is Be Kind to Animals Week. We’re gonna put out some extra food for our feral family just so they know that they are loved too. Then, also starting yesterday, it’s also National Pet Week. I guess you could say that the five of us have two humans as pets, but we don’t think of them as pets, they really are loved and really are family. That’s two important things to celebrate this week!
You should all be checking the Cat Blogosphere on a regular basis so you won’t miss any upcoming events. Also, on the right sidebar is the Cat Blogosphere Calendar with important dates like Birthdays, Gotcha Days, Blogoversaries and special events. If you would like to have something added to the calendar just let us know.

I’m glad you had a nice weekend. We did too except my computer died yesterday. Thank goodness I have a backup laptop that I use when boating. Today it’s out to buy another laptop. Oh well.

Cool. I didn’t know that it was “Be Kind to Animals” Week (which should also be everyday) and “National Pet Week” (Pinkie and Midnight are now looking expectantly at me to see if that means extra treats. I tell them maybe it means bringing home a new pet cat. they both growled. They would rather get more treats)

Brian, those long long toesies are the longest in the cat kingdom!I admire them. My Gotcha Day is January 16th, if you could include aTuxie, me, in it. My birthday is September 28th.
