Hello everyone, it’s us Sisters Seal and Dolly. We’re waiting for the Dad to come home. Today is the Dad he is having his surgery to remove the melanoma. We probably won’t be around to visit today but we’ll be back tomorrow for the Thankful Thursday 4th of July Blog Hop. Brian will give you an update on the Dad tomorrow.
MARG ALERT: FYI for those of you who follow Marg from Marg’s Animals. Marg is in the process of trying to help wee Rascal’s sister who is going to lose one of her eyes. Marg will not be blogging for a little while as she deals with this. Purrs and prayers to that wee gal would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Mom and I definitely will purr and pray for the sweet little one who is going to go through the surgery. And Girls, Mom will start this morning to keep your dad in the front of her mind while he is having surgery. She will ask that the doctor’s find and remove every single trace of the melanoma, and that this will be the complete total end of it. Count on it, Brian.

So sad to hear about Rascal’s sister needing surgery. Although we have had many one eyed, and even a few blind, cats at the rescue — not to mention several that were missing a limb — and they adapt very quickly, it is still a tough thing on the body to go through.
