Thanks for stopping by on Tabby Tuesday everyone, you’re just in time for some serious mouse hunting. Yes, I’m up in one of the cat trees, and no, there isn’t a mouse up here. But this is a strategic vantage point and I can see most everywhere from up here. This also happens to be Brian’s favorite kitty cat cup so don’t tell him I was up here in his spot.
Anyways, back to the mousing thing. No, I’ve not spotted a real mouse, although that would probably be fun, but the one I spotted sure sounds real. The Mom got me a new toy, and it squeaks, it’s the Play-N-Squeak Mouse Hunter Cat Toy and when I bat it down the hallway it squeaks and squeaks and squeaks. It’s especially the most fun when the Mom gives it a toss way down yonder for me.
Sister Seal helped chase it down the hallway with me and we both had a good bit of fun. Then, like most of us do, we stopped chasing it. The Mom thought we didn’t like the gift she got us, but we did, it’s just more fun when the Mom plays along with us.
Oh, I hear it squeaking again, catch y’all later! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
yes… to play without our humans is not the same fun… and mice are good toys for keeping our humans busy for hours ;O)
Oh Seal, that sounds like a pawsome mousie!!
Such fun too, when you get the mum involved 🙂

Mousie…did you say mousie…MOL 😀 ENJOY! Pawkisses for a Mousefull Day🐾😽💞
It’s always funner to play with a human friend!
Cat bro Bert hunts real mice and is really a good hunter. He can’t have toy mice because he eats them. Enjoy your toy mouse.
Goodness, that sounds like a great toy. Hope you all have marvelous day.
Those squeaky mice sure are fun!
I have one of those Simon. Wanna play?
The only thing better than that toy, Simon, would be a real mouse!
That sounds like a cool toy, Simon! The Mom gotted me an egg-shaped toy that chiprs when mes bats it. Mes loves it! Maybe mes can convince hers to get mes one of these mousies, too….. 😉
Purrs,
Carmine
We call that “puttin’ on the big eyes!”
It’s always more fun when the peeps play along with you. How fun.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. My best to your peeps. ♥
Simon, your expression is priceless! You’re definitely on mouse patrol. Oh, and your secret is safe with us.
Simon you for sure have your peepers wide open and ready for WHATEVER dares pass your way
Hugs Cecilia
What fun to hear sounds of terror even if it is just a toy,
Oh Simon, you remind me of Manny, who gently paws my arm when he wants me to play with him!
I have a squeaky mousie, too. Mom says it’s the same brand as yours except mine is on a bungee. Our mousies could be first or second cousins! Have fun with the lil’ squeaks. Winks.
Simon, the look on your face says it all! MOL! Enjoy handsome boy.
Mouse chasing sure sounds like fun….maybe we should give it a try!

Whoa! Simon you forgot to tell people that it’s the last Prime Day so we can get the squeaky shmousy at the discount. Interactive play is the best. I never play by myself. Oh, and I won’t tell Brian.
Simon you do look VERY serious about mousing………..VERY!
Hugs, Teddy
That sounds like a really fun mousie!
I doubt if any self-respecting live mouse would find themselves in your house!! I hope Mom takes time to play with you and the new toy a lot. And, don’t worry, Brian will never hear it from me you were in his kitty cup. 🙂
I’m glad to read that it wasn’t a real mouse. Have fun with your toy.
That sounds like fun.
Thatis excellent training for the real thing.
By the look on your face, Simon, we thought you had seen a real mouse, and a big one at that! 🙂
Brother Simon, that does sound like a fun mouse. We once had a squeaky ball that Mom would toss across the room for us to chase. But for some reason the squeaker stopped squeaking. What fun is that!!! We love your eyes, buddy.

Happy Tabby Tuesday, Simon. The real mousie does sound really fun, but the toy one you got from your mom sounds like you are having a good time with it already. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful day.
The humans have to get in on the fun or it just isn’t as fun.
That looks like a fun toy!
Tell your mom to step it up, SImon!
Sounds like great fun, i hope you get a lot of great play time out of the new toy.
I learned years ago that you have to continue to play with the animals cause it is more fun and keeps them playing! Except for Cheyenne – I catch her from time to time chasing her tail for play! I finally got it on video yesterday. She also playing in the yard with rocks, throws them up and grabs them again throwing them up….she is a mess.
Those eyes! You have young, endearing eyes, Anyway, I only wish my old hips could still chase mouse toys down the hallway …. sigh. I’ll just watch the younger set have all the fun!
Simon! We like those mousies, too. They’re so much fun!
We won’t tell Brian you were up there. Promise!
What gorgeous eyes!
A toy mouse will last a lot longer than a real one. 🙂
Hey Simon, I’s luvs squeaky toys too. Maybe we could get together some time and play. it is always more fun when the mommy’s play along tho’, isn’t it? Big hugs
