Different Is the New Same on Sister Saturday with Seal

Hello there friends, yes, it’s me Seal and yes, it really is Sister Saturday already. Boy, this week has sure flown by. First thing you know Brother Simon was doing Tabby Tuesday and now we’re already here on Saturday. You know what they say, fur flies when you’re having fun, or something like that. I really don’t mind having a bit of fun myself.

Today, as you can tell, is about different being the new same. You know, sort of like orange is the new black, except I’m not orange or black. Oh well. Anyways, on Sunday I shared my photo of me in a box. Being in a box is something I don’t normally do, but I decided to give it a try. Then today, if you couldn’t tell, I’m on Sister Dolly’s favorite scratcher perch. I haven’t been on this thing either so, as you may have guessed, I decided to give it a go. It is actually pretty comfy so I might just stay here for a while.

I’ve been trying some different things, like a new hidey place for the during the day snooze time. I’ve figured out how to burrow under the bedspread at the base of the new big bed. Hey, I like a little privacy during my daily nap and it really is a nice and cozy spot. The only thing is that when the Mom walks by she pets me through the bedspread. Now how in the world did she know I was under there? I suppose the big lump gave me away. The petting didn’t bother me though, I purred a bit.

I might try a nap right here though, I haven’t tried that yet, so I’d best get busy.  BUT, before I go, today is also Black Cat Appreciate Day.  We have a wonderful black kitty in our feral family, his name is Mr. Black.  We all love and appreciate you Mr. Black and we wanted to share him with you today.
