Hello gang, thank you for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am so very thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do excited when new blogger pals join us!
Yes, I’m back up here looking out the front windows again. Do you wonder what I’m looking at today? Lookie here…

Two of our ferals, Zelda and Mr. Black, are laying in the yard out front. They’re supposed to stay around back where it’s safe because there’s a street out front and they aren’t supposed to play in the street. Don’t worry, they didn’t stay long, they returned to the backyard.
Anyways, in addition to their feral kitty wet food menu, they do get dry crunchy food twice each day. The Mom gets them big bags of crunchy food and the Dad serves it up twice a day. We don’t get what they get, even though we think we’d like some. So, when the Dad gets theirs ready, some of us get a few pieces of the crunchy food as a treat. We look forward to it and some of us line up for it when the Dad starts getting the feral food ready. I said some of us because a few of the other could care less. Anyways, I’m thankful that the Dad shares a wee bit of the yum with us.
So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We are thankful that wonderful people feed feral cats and they don’t get sent to shelters where they can never find homes,
We’re so thankful for your Dad and Mom taking care of your ferals! And hey, the fact that Dad gives you a few crunchies is pretty awesome, too. 🙂
Like Jan, we are very thankful the ferals have you and your peeps to help them stay safe!
xoxo,
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
your furmily is da best one of slice earth… you have hearts and treats for those in need… PAWSOME!
It’s a blessing to have people around who care for the kitties💗 Great view, Brian! Looks like Zelda and Mr. Black needed some street impurressions, but it’s good you saw it in time. Pawkisses for a wonderful Thursday to all of you🐾😽💞
Great you get to get a few bites and the ferals get to chow down when they want indeed.
I bet those of you who like the crunchy treats come flying when you hear the bag open!
It’s always fun to get a small treat. All of our kitties love treats, too. We have to watch to make sure Enigma SissyCat doesn’t steal Dansig’s.
Thank you for hosting such a fun hop!
Food you don’t usually get always looks so much more appetising!
Purrs,
Tama and Genji
Looks like the feral have really found a safe, comfortable place to hang out.
The ferals look very comfortable. I am thankful your Mom and Dad take care of them so well!
you have some of the biggest hearted pawrents I have ever known!
We’re thankful the kitties stay away from the streats…and, of course, for TREATS even if they are kibble!
The Florida Furkids
That is a nice thankful that you get a little crunchy. I’m thankful your folks are the superheroes that they are and look after the ferals and the inside cats so well. Have a happy day!
Tuesday I was glad to get permission to get back to some semi crunchy treats too. Still nuttin’ like peanut brittle until 10/17. But that is ok I don’t like brittle anyway.
Hugs Cecilia
It sounds like the feral cats eat really good!
I am grateful for my blogging family. Really. There is a world of kindness here in it.
I’m glad that they have you to look out for them! Enjoy the crunchies 🙂
Zelda and Mr. Black are very lucky to live in your back yard…. Do you ever go out and socialize with them?
Brian, dear furiend, thank you for hosting this blog hop.

I am thankful your folks take such good care of the ferals. Thank you for hosting. Have a great day! XO
It’s good that your peeps makes sure the feral cats are fed too. I’ve no doubt you get a taste of their food too. It’s the way of your peeps. Please tell your peeps thank you for all they do for kitties.
Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Thankful Thursday. My best to your peeps. ♥
I guess the ferals just wanted to see what was going on out front – they know they are safest in back but sometimes it’s nice to have a change of scenery! Thanks for hosting the Hop………..
Hugs, Teddy
Yay to crunchy treats, and yay to lots of cool blogger friends! Hugs, RO
What a majestic looking kitty photo ~ love it ^_^

I’m always happy for crunchy food, why just yesterday on a walk Mama said I couldn’t make a dinner out of cookies, but I disagree. Milo the poodle friend
We get a bit nervous when our ferals are in the front yard too, but The PO’M LURVs to sit in the driveway and watch the world go by. And yes, they get kibble when the inside cats don’t regularly…they are a treat for Manny, CB and Angel.
Those ferals in the front know where the sun puddles are that’s for sure. I’m glad that the moldy ducks may have vanished in Pop’s room.
It is very sweet of the feral cats to share their food.
Something different every now and again is nice.
I have missed all of you! Life, gets in the way sometimes. Good to see everyone is enjoying the extra treats from the feral felines. Your dad and mom are kind hearts. HUGS and LOVE
guyz…like ewe….we iz thanx full yur mom N dad…. care ~~~~~~ ♥♥♥♥♥
wavez two ewe zelda N mizzter black….. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🙂
We like the dry food too. Buddy gets fed dry so he will eat and we all get a little as a treat so we dont bug him. Win Win
Our library sells hard cover books for $1. I buy a dozen or so, read (most of) them and then donate them to my neighbor’s free outdoor lending library. I’m thankful for this system since I love reading and my bookshelves are full.
I’d love to see that line up for treats from the feral crunchy food!
It’s sweet that you name your ferals and now you’re making me hungry for crunchy food. My place smells like ham though which I may never eat again because that’s what killed the garbage disposal which a very sullen maintenance man did not fix. I’m actually thankful he’s gone and that it stopped raining.
Sweet photos – love how you care for the ferals! 🙂
You look quite reflective in that window shot. We too love to get a little bit of the kibble The Female Human feeds the feral cats (and which the racoons help themselves to also).
Purrs & Head Bonks,
Oliver
Yummy crunchy treats are definitely something to be thankful for!
The ferals look happy having a change of scenery out front.
Everybody wins! Your parents are the best. ♥
I could use extra treats.
~Elliott.
oh, we love our feral family’s kibbles too, Brian! your dad sounds more generous than our mom is with us 🙂

Thankful that dad and mom love those feral cats like they do.
That spot on the back of the couch certainly has become popular. Good thing you are keeping an eye on the ferals, Brian. Our thankful is for friendship and the promise of cooler temperatures to come. You have to taste what they’re having. Same in our house, our backyard cats get a different bag of crunchies than those that we get so we beg and beg until the humans give us a couple or so.
That’s very nice of your dad to let you sample those crunchies.
Chaplin: “Mmm, crunchy treat! Like Lulu’s kibble! I am always trying to steal some of that.”
Lulu: “Well you know I would love to try some of your canned food, so maybe we can arrange a tr—”
Chaplin: “NONE OF MY CANNED FOOD FOR YOU!!!”
I’m glad they returned to the back yard!
