Thanks for coming by to see me today on Sister Saturday, I do appreciate it. Can you tell, the sun sure feels great coming in through the front window. I sure caught this sunpuddle just right. It’s been way too cold down here in the South but at least the sun hasn’t completely disappeared.
I was watching the Dad the other day, he was outside doing some things before it got really cold. He was cleaning and winterizing the deck for the feral family members. Their outside houses got all cleaned out and the one with the heated mat got the heated mat cleaned up, plugged in and ready to go. In case you were wondering, yes, the ferals do use their houses, not all of them go in, but several of them do. They do seem to go in quicker when it’s raining or when it’s cold.
Anyways, not to change the subject, but I’m gonna change the subject. Guess what I get to do? I get to go see my Internal Medicine Vet next Wednesday so if you have any spare purrs and prayers I’d appreciate if you’d send some my way. You might recall, I’m a CKD kitty so I get a full checkup and blood work every six months. I don’t mind going, I’m real good about riding in the car and I really like my Internal Medicine Vet, she always gets down on the floor and gives me lots of loving.
Okay, I’m going to enjoy some more sunpuddling, y’all have a terrific Saturday. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
It is good that you can find a sun puddle with all the cold and rain and snow around.
I am sending my best wishes for a good vet visit.
Oh Zoe, we are going to cross all our paws for you next Wednesday. We so hope for a good report. Hope all of you have a great day.
A great sun puddle is a win. Hopefully the ferals stay warm with the houses and mat. Hopefully the vet visit goes well too.

Zoe nice sunpuddle you’ve found to enjoy…..and I will have my paws crossed that all is well when you have your checkup with your internal medicine vet. A HUGE thanks to your great Dad for making sure the outside kitties have nice “winterized” spots to escape the weather and have a meal when they need it.
Hugs, Teddy
I will be thinking of you Wednesday for sure. MY Vet that I have now also gets on the floor with me. I am too terrified just now to realize much, but hopefully with no one hurting me I will finally realize that all the roughness by the techs and one vet is over.

I am so glad that you are going to see your vet doc. They are good people and they do great jobs. You look so pretty in that sun puddle. The sun usually feels so nice when it is coming through the window like that.
Aren’t you the lucky cat! I meant the sun puddle not the vet. Our temperature has been about 10 degrees below normal too.
