Howdy gang, thanks once a for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am always so very thankful to each of you for joining us! As you know, each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do excited when new blogger pals join us!
Today we’re thankful that Dad got a good report from his Doctor. You might remember that the Dad had to have a melanoma removed from his right leg back in June. The surgery was successful and he had a skin graft to aid in healing. The Doctor also told him that it could take up to a year for the healing to complete, mostly due to where is was on his leg. The Dad has been wearing a bandage on his leg since June and it had to be changed twice daily.
Well, on Monday the Dad had a follow-up with the Doctor at the South Carolina Skin Cancer Center. The Doctor was really pleased (and so was the Dad) and couldn’t believe it, but the Dad’s leg is totally healed, six months early, no more dressing changes. The Dad and the Mom are both very happy about that and we are most thankful that the Dad healed up so nicely.
So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Such wonderful news! My hope is he never has to go through anything like this again.

Not fun is it but she had my Dad AND Angel Sammy to help her. You and your siblings were helping your Dad too AND he’s healed up EXTRA FAST! The power of cats – it’s pawsome isn’t it?!
