Mancat Monday Wine Time

Yeppurr, it’s Mancat Monday wine time! Hey, I thought I’d show you that I also like our new wine bottle kicker with silvervine. Let me tell you, the silvervine sure gets the whiskers twitching. It’s a good way to relax after a hard day of napping. Just out of sight is Sister Dolly, she has her eyes on the prize too.

Even though the silvervine wine is fun, losing and hour of sleep isn’t fun and I still haven’t caught up on the hour I lost. I really do wish that the humans would quit playing with the time. It messes up all kind of things, like feeding schedules. Even our feral family was confused. Some came early for breakfast, some came late and some were on time.

Anyways, today will be a really busy day, I’m going to find the hour of sleep I lost no matter how long it takes. Have a fun Monday everyone, I’ll see you soon!

I forgot all about losing an hour of sleep – I had a therapy cat visit and I was so wound up for the rest of the day I forgot about napping!

Sure got a good way there to deal with the crummy time change. Humans need to stop it.

Memories of Eric and Flynn

That silvervine is good stuff. Even Eric who didn’t like nip got excited with the vine.

The time change is a stupid thing! Our cousin Bowie has those wine bottles, and he really likes his. Enjoy.

As much as I hate the adjustment of DST, I do like the extra hour of daylight in the evening. Isn’t every day wine time? 🙂 Just remember, moderation is the key! Hope your week is a good one and you can find the elusive hour of missed sleep. X

We don’t understand the time change thing really. All we know is we are still getting our two meals at about the same time as always. Our mom and dad seem to think we are eating later than usual though.

No worries, Brian, today is National Napping Day so we can all catch up on that loss. It is raining here today too, so all the more reason to nap. How we wish we had a bottle like that AND that we could be like cats when it comes to catnip and silvervine:)

That wine bottle looks really fun! But losing an hour is not fun at all. I hope you can catch up with your napping 🙂

Whoa! You catch up on my hour too, Brian, cos I’m too busy napping. I’m coping by being extra feral these last two days.

Brian, just think of all the humans who are at work, with sleepy eyes and foggy heads today! We all need a real bottle of wine…

Happy Mancat Monday!! You sure found the correct way to make up for that hour of sleep time that we all missing now. Some wine does sound like a good idea. Thanks for sharing. Have a relaxing rest of your day.

That looks like fun, I’ve never seen the wine kickers before your home got them! If everyone in this country despises the time-change, why does it still exist? One of the mysteries of the universe I guess.

Hopefully you won’t mind sharing the silvervine wine with Dolly. I didn’t mind the time change but the hamsters are really confused. Mom wanted to go to bed, but they were an hour behind and weren’t even awake for their evening romp yet.

Enjoy Yappy Hour! We are enjoying the dinnertime an hour earlier, and we have been taking lots of extra naps to make up for the sleep we missed. Silly humans and their time changing ways!

your silvervine wine looks like a lot of fun, Brian. we don’t like losing the hour of sleep and getting up an hour earlier in the morning but so far everything else (breakfast and dinner) has been early! we hope that trend sticks 🙂

I think we kitties need to throw out all those silly clocks that humans use and teach them our time, which is by far the most accurate of all. Winks.
