Hooray, it’s my turn for Sister Saturday, thanks for coming by to see me. As you can see, I’m just laying round the house MOL! You might remember this round scratcher since Brian used to be in it all the time, but lately he has been ignoring it. Well, yours truly discovered it and it’s pretty cozy. Plus this round scratcher is blue so it matches my eyes.

You might find this hard to believe but I’m very cautious about anything new. Oh, new things don’t really scare me like they do Simon, but I do tend to shy away from anything new until I’m sure it’s not going to be something that might frighten me. I often watch what the others do and take it from there. It did take me a while with this round scratcher though not because I was afraid of it, but it was occupied lots of the time.

What about you? Do new things scare you or do you take to them immediately? Have a really nice Saturday everyone and I’ll see you soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Well Mom and Dad never get new stuff (well hardly ever) and usually I am curious enough for a sniff but that’s about it. Other things frighten me though like noises outside I don’t recognize – especially delivery trucks’ backup BEEPS! Have a nice rest in the circle Seal – that blue DOES match your eyes!

    Hugs, Teddy

Well Seal, my dear girl. not much scares me these days. The smoke detector going off is about it right now. As for new things- maybe I’ll take the time to sniff and check things out, then go back to whatever it was I was doing previously. I’m kinda like dad in that not much bothers me.

Seal I love how the new bed’s fabric enhances your already beautiful eyes.
Angel Madi, like all felines, knew when there was something different. She was social distancing way before it became a ‘thing’.

Hi Sister Seal! New things don’t really bother me much. Dakota is much more bothered by new things than I am. My Mom said to tell you she LOVES how your bed matches your eyes!! Love, Cody

Blue is definitely your color, Sister Seal. Your eyes are extra blue today in that pretty brown round scratcher. Lightning is VERY cautious around anything new. It takes a long time for him to accept anything different.

We have our paws crossed for all to go well for Terry. Lots of POTP and prayers headed his way.

You are beautiful as always Sister Seal! I just saw the news about Dad Terry, we’re sending heartfelt purrs and prayers and POTP your way. Stay strong.

  9. Kitties Blue

Seal, you are stunning. The blue of the scratcher bed is purrfect for your eyes! We just read that your dad is in the hospital. We know that is super scary for him and all of you. We definitely will praying for him. Love to you all. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer

Seal, there’s nothing wrong with being cautious. We heard that your dad is in the hospital and we send many purrs that he is feeling better and home soon.

Hi Seal! I take to new things as long as they’re not mine. I won’t look at any new toys or beds for weeks but when the peeps get something new I have to investigate. I didn’t look at Furbie for 6 months.

That scratcher sure looks cozy, Seal, and it matches color of your eyes purrfectly!
My boys seem to like or get curious around new things most of the time though Niko is sometimes cautious 🙂

  13. Foley Monster, Pocket and River Song

I am nervous about new things too. I always think it is a trick.

That scratcher is awesome, Seal. Good for you claiming it for yourself. 🙂

We are purring and praying real hard for Dad Terry, and sending love and all good thoughts.

Whoops, sorry, we meant to put our comment here, not as a reply. Anyway, we had just read that your dad is in the hospital, and wanted to let you know that we’re sending all our purrs, purrayers and universal healing Light to him, and to you all, hoping for the very best, that he’s soon able to be home.

Oh my, that bed does coordinate beautifully with your eyes, Sister Seal! We don’t think there’s anything wrong with being a bit cautious about new things. ♥
