Howdy there everyone, thanks for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. You all know that I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!
Today I’m really thankful for our Green Bench, it’s another favorite spot of mine and in the summertime, the sunpuddles sure make it nice and warm. I know, the summer time is hot, but even when it is hot us kitties still love our sunpuddles, at least for a little while. Our Mom always makes sure that there is a nice clean towel down over the original bench pad so we can have an extra comfy.
We’ve had the green bench for a while. It’s an older piece of furniture that is one of those “they don’t make them like they used to” things. The green bench used to belong to our Grandma, our Mama’s Mom. I use the green bench lots, Dolly uses it some and so does Simon. Silly Seal hardly benches at all, she doesn’t know what she’s missing.
So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

That bench does look like a great stretching out spot. Those older pieces of furniture are so wonderful to have!
You have such a lovely green bench. Despite our hot days, I still try to get a little sunpuddle in the morning. We’re joining the hop with thankfulness that Sprinkles hamster appears to be healthy.
We love that green bench, Brian. And how nice that your mom puts a nice towel down for you all to enjoy. 🙂
You have a beautiful bench and your mom is very thoughtful to put a towel for an extra comfort! We love sunpuddle even in the hot summer, too 🙂

At first I wasn’t going to let Big Boy see your picture because it looked like you had to pillows and I didn’t want him to think that he’s going to get to pillows but then when I read your words you said it’s a towel and he does get towels and he does get blankets so I’ll let him see your beautiful picture
Sounds like a great place to hang out for you all in the summertime. We are thankful for being able to get out and do some of our sports again.

It’s nice the green bench has history, a very special place to chase sun puddles!
That is a very nice bench – we can see why you enjoy a sunpuddle nap there. We don’t like the heat much either, but a nice sunpuddle nap next to the a/c vent works for us.

That looks like a pawsome spot to watch the world go by!

That is a lovely bench and the cushions look comfy. And it is the same color as our new car too.
Sun puddles are always something in which to be thankful. Bridget doesn’t get to sit in them for too long before Cabo comes lumbering through the room! She has taken up residence on one of the extra bedroom beds, waiting for the grand girls to come back the end of July. X
That looks like a fantastic part.
That is a cool bench. I’d sit on it too. We could bench press together.
I like that green bench too! Nice for sitting in the sun and catching some Vitamin D which is so good for all of us. Thanks for sharing and have a beautiful weekend. HUGS
You look just perfect on that green bench!
