I’m back up in the tree for Tabby Tuesday and no, I’m not in Brian’s bed, but I was, and he wasn’t overly thrilled about it. Boy was he giving me the stink-eye, big time. But, he’s a nice guy, he didn’t really get charging mad or anything like that. I’ve been making myself quite cozy in his bed though.
Anywho, spending time in the cat tree is nice, even if my tail doesn’t fit in all the way. I do like it up here, as you can tell. I don’t spend too much time in the other cat tree, I like this one best. I go from kitty cup to kitty cup just to keep things moving. I’ll be in one kitty cup and then the Mom or Dad will come back in the living room and I’ll be in a different kitty cup.
Oh, I’ve got a new thing going on too. I like to run up on the big bed in the middle of the night and wake up the Dad to pet me. He’s very nice, he pets me lots, even if it is at a strange time. Well, it’s not a strange time for me, just for the Dad.
Okay, that’s it for me today. I hope all y’all have a terrific Tabby Tuesday. See ya soon. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
oh that is a super funny game… we will try that too tonight… do you think our dad will like it too?
Simon, you are always finding something new to do!
I think the middle of the night is a perfectly normal time for cats. It’s only us humans who tend to disagree.
It looks like you are keeping that big tailio well aired!
Well your looking very proud of yourself there Simon heheh!
Have a tuesdaytreetailtastic day 🙂
You need to learn to sleep at night. Our kitty Sophie wakes us up at 4am every day for no reason, maddening!
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Simon I wish all my trees had such lush, long flowing tails like your tail.
Hugs Cecilia
actually the tail not fitting makes for the perfect pose and beautiful photo. Big Boy doesn’t have cups, but he has several beds and he moves from one to the other a lot. he is sick, we have to take him to the vet today. did not eat breakfast, did not want to walk
Brian,
Your dad sure must love you lots to pet you at all hours of the night. You need to reward him extra cuddle time. 🙂
OH boy! Have *I* ever got MOM trained to pet me and speak a little when I charge up onto the bed after taking a break from her.
If you’ve jumped on his chest, Simon, well then, The Dad MUST pet you, just so he can breathe again…
Sounds like Simon is still very much the kitty at heart. Hope dad still is able to get sleep at night.
Happy Tuesday, sweet Simon.
Oh Simon ~ you are just so handsome and majestic ^_^

How sweet of you to visit your Dad during the night. Your tail needs a bed of it’s own. 🙂
Simon, you like to keep things interesting! Nothing wrong with that!
Your Dad really is super nice to pet you so much at night after you’ve woken him up!
Purrs,
Tama and Genji
Mom says Raz plays that same game at 4am!
The Florida Furkids
Your dad is sure patient. I usually look over at Mister Kitty with one eye and he leaves for the big bed in the empty room. Poor fellow he is a night owl and I am not. Love the photos! My goodness you keep the cat towers super clean. I suppose we should have bought one in a darker color.Sigh…..always good to visit you here. Have a Happy Tuesday and take care. Hugs across the miles XO
Changing up the routine is always a good thing Simon! Well…maybe not so much for your Dad .MOL
We wish there were such things as “dog trees” that we could climb on so we could sit very high up. That looks like fun. Of course being 50 lb. dogs those trees would have to be rather sturdy. BOL!
Looking gorgeous on the tree 😀
we love learning new stuff to do from you!
Simon, those eyes get us every time we see you – gorgeous!!! Uh, maybe jumping on the bed in the middle of the night is not the best idea. Try first thing at bedtime or when the alarm goes off:)
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Happy Tabby Tuesday Simon!!! We love that you like to change different kitty cups and keep everyone guessing. Thanks for sharing your wonderful photo with us.
That’s such a pawsome tree. It’s great that you get pets anytime, even in the middle of the night.
Sometimes I wake up the Human very very late with my purring and requests for brushies. She thinks it is charming which is good cause if she didn’t she might get a bitey.
You’re living life to the fullest.
Simon, you sure keep things interesting in your house.
Catzowey ! That’s an ahhhhhsome tree for your ahhhhsome tail! You’s looking so dapper dudish! Cat Model yup Cat Model – a Man Cat Cat Model! Woo Hoo
Awww Simon! We love your cat tree! And we’ve played that game with mom and sister. They usually try to bury us in blankets and hug us haha silly peoples
You have the most stunning eyes.
You look as if you are daring anyone to mess with you, Simon. Such gorgeous, bright eyes you have. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
Your Dad sure is nice to play that game with you, Simon. Actually, we play that with our mom and dad sometimes, too. 🙂
Some one very pround
Simon I love that big tail of yours. Mine is much thinner but I am a Ginger so that counts. I like to meow right when the lights go out and then I take my spot laying on dads leg. He puts his hand on me and then we both go to sleep
It’s so nice to have so many options, isn’t it, Simon? We humans have such weird schedules, don’t we? 🙂
My pad just will not let me comment on your blog, so i keep thinking i’ve done commenting and it won’t post.
Anyway, it sounds like you might need another bed or two to share.
It sounds like you are not assigned specific tree cups. My friend Ms. G brought a tree home, took each cat and put it in its own cup, told it that was its assigned place, and don’t you know they all stick to it!
