thankful thursday blog hop brian 09102020

Hello there everyone, thanks for coming to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. You all know that I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

You might find this hard to believe but today I’m thankful for our new Cat Trees.  Yes I am.  Did we get new Cat Trees?  Well, yes we did, back at Christmas, last year.  I’ve never been that big of a fan of Cat Trees, as you know, I’m more of a Cat Bed kind of guy.  Besides, I’m a bit clumsy, I’ve been known to roll off of the ottoman sometimes.

Anyways, back to my story.  I am a Cat Bed kind of guy but that Simon has been enjoying my Cat Bed lately.  So,  looked around and saw that not only was Simon in my Cat Bed, he WASN’T in either of the Cat Trees.  So, as a surprise to everyone, up I went.  Actually it was pretty nice in the Kitty Cup so I spent most of the day here.  Yes, I’m finally thankful for Cat Trees.

So, what are you thankful for today?  Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Awwww Brian. We’re so happy you are now enjoying the cat tree. Even if it’s only because your bed was stolen. xox

Hooray! Trees with cups are the way to go, no rolling out. It still sounds to me like you all need more beds, too, for variety and sharing.

The good news about cat trees, is the sides on the cup are sturdy, so you can’t roll out. Sometimes we fall out of bed at night. Man that is a rude awakening, but it can happen.

We think hanging out in a cat tree would be fun. Maybe we can get our dad to make us a dog tree.

I’m glad the humans are moving the piano into the grandmother’s living room instead of ours! Less noise! I mean music.

Brian,

Sometimes it’s just a matter of trying new things to fully enjoy what you’ve been missing out on. I’m thankful that it’s a pretty day. Although I have a headache today, I’m thankful it’s not migraine strength head splitting pain. I think this is related to seasonal allergies. Our weeds were extremely high yesterday. Ragweed is moderate today with the forecast worsening the next two day. Ugh! I guess I’m thankful that weed allergens aren’t high today as it was yesterday. Enjoy your cat tree, furriend. Have a good weekend!

So they say you can teach an old dog new tricks, guess the same is true for cats. (Not that we are saying you are old, Brian:) – just older, right?).

Cat trees are the best! I’m so glad you’ve discovered their joys.
Do you know my human actually enviously eyes mine as if she’d hide out in my cute little cat tree home if she could?
(Silly humans – Trix are for rabbits and cat trees are for cats!)
Have a great weekend!

I have always been a low and close to the ground kind of kitty, except for one tree that I like. Now that I am old, the Human has thoughtfully moved it right next to a chair so I can climb from the back of the chair to the top of the tree. It makes her nervous that I will fall off, but hey! I may be old but I know what I am doing, Lady, and don’t forget it! You look mighty nice in your tree Brian. I am glad you discovered it!

Little Binky and Granny

I think you look mighty fine in your cat tree, Brian 😀 We’re taking some time off as it’s Summer again here and it’s getting really hot. So we will be around but not intesively😸Pawkisses for a Happy Week ahead to all of you🐾😽💞

What a fun little adventure for you finding a comfy spot in the perch. I love all my perches but as I’ve gotten older I don’t go up high quite as often.

Sorry Brian, we are awfully late. I love the Cat tree. It looks so cosy that I could sink into it forever. I would love to get one for myself where I could hide away with myself and my thoughts. lol!

Have a blessed new week!
