Hello everyone, welcome to Tabby Tuesday with me, Simon! Oh, you knew it was me? MOL, of course you did. Tabby Tuesdays are fun, it’s just too bad we only have one each week. Well, maybe not, Wordless Wednesday probably wouldn’t be too happy with that.
Yes, you read my post title correctly, it is NibFest, not NipFest. Why? Well, the Mom says I’m kind of nibby, which means I’m a nosey dude. Really? Maybe I am. Mom put something new down on the coffee table and I immediately had to check it out. Why? Because I’m nibby. Dang, the Mom was right. Hey, you just have to check out new things, it might be something important.
As you can tell, Brian could care less, you can see him snoozing behind me. See, that’s another reason to check out new things, Brian left me in charge. Okay, okay, I know I’m really not in charge but I also know Brian won’t mind me checking out the new things.
Okay gang, I gotta run…see you Thursday. What? Isn’t that Brian’s Thankful Thursday Blog Hop Day. Yes, it is, but since it’s a special day…well, you will just have to come by on Thursday to find out.
Have a fun Tabby Tuesday everyone, catch ya later! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
we are very curious!!! happy nib day to youuuu!
If something is new it has to be checked out, Simon.
Nib-b and Nip-p, both sounds good to me…MOL😸Pawkisses for a Happy Tuesday🐾😽💞
Be careful, Simon, they say curiosity killed the cat. I don’t think your curiosity is that dangerous, but to keep an eye out for danger during your investigations.
Nosiness is a trait wit our 2 cats as well LOL
Well I’m not familiar with being “nibby” BUT I do like to make sure that whatever is “new” in my house (even if it’s just put down on a table) passed the TEDDY SNIFF TEST!
Hugs, Teddy
You would fit in well at my house. I always say our boys should start their own private investigation business.
Simon are you gonna give us a book report after you read your books?
Hugs Cecilia
Hahaha, Simon…I know what Thursday’s special day is! *wink*
We like to check out new things too so we think it’s okay that you are a bit nibly, Simon.
Nothing wrong with you checking things out. It’s what good kitties do. Thanks for explaining nib-fest. Now I know.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. My best to your siblings and your wonderful peeps. ♥
Hello Simon! Just make sure you don’t start “nibbling”! I’d hate for your NibFest to be cut short.
Hey Simon ~ good for you checking things out ~ Sweet photo of you too!
Live each moment with love,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
MOL I am da same way. Mom puts sumfin down and I must inspect it and has a nibble to see if I can eats it 😉
xoxo,
Matilda (& Matt)
You are quite an investigator, Simon! It’s wise to check everything out.
You sound like my nosey Rosie. 🙂
It’s always nice to have a bit of a nibble!
Being curious is a great quality, Simon! We cats like to know what’s going on!
Purrs,
Tama and Genji
It’s your job sweet Simon to be nosy, you are a cat – MOL!
At first we thought this must be a kitty thing, but then Sunny can be pretty nibby too!
Great photo and wonderful eyes, Haha Brian is just so cosy in his bed!
Happy Tabby Tuesday!
It’s important to make sure all the new things are investigated. And who better to do that than you?
There’s nothing wrong with being curious!
Inquiring minds want to know!
I think it’s important to check everything out too.
Well, we guess we are nibby, too, Simon! 🙂
Nibby – that’s a new word for us. Mom says Timber is nibby too:)
We always knew you had a big tail, but you also had very big and beautiful eyes!!!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Simon, it’s a cat’s duty to check out anything that’s new.
Always check the new stuff, it might be edible!
Nibfest sounds fun. Goro would join you, Simon, as he is a nibby boy, too 🙂
Remember what they say about cats and curiosity.
ooooh Simon! That one looks like it has a ribbon. We love things with ribbons!
It is allus impawtant to check new stuff out. It might be about you…
We thought nib meant you like to nibble on things, as it appears you are doing that in your photo. Pretty darn cute either way. XOCK, angel Lily Olivia, angel Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, angel Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy and Sawyer
I’ve never heard the word nibby but I have heard the words that curiosity killed the cat. Could that possibly be what maybe means? If you’re real soda kills then I’ll be going with you because I have a curiosity bump the size of New York City
If you’re not curious, you don’t learn stuff.
Someone has to check out the new things, and we are sure Brian is glad you have taken that job, Simon, so he has more nap time! 🙂
