Hello sweet friends, thanks for coming by to see me, I sure love it when you stop by. I wanted to show you that I’m still hanging out under the Christmas Tree. Actually both Brian and I spend a lot of time under here. As you can tell, it’s a good spot for a spit shine as well.
I also spend a fair amount of time in one of my favorite Cat Tree Kitty Cups too. I guess you could say it’s pretty much a tie as to where I like to relax. I do tend to lay under the Christmas Tree during the Day and then at sleep time I head to my Cat Tree Kitty Cup. Well, now that I think about it, I sometimes do the reverse. Napping spots just seem to pop up everywhere these days.
Okay, enough about the naps n’ stuff, it’s time for my art for the Caturday Art Blog Hop…
I used Picmonkey the Warhol Effect, Red and Green, Brightness set at -7%, Contrast at 51% and Fade at 28%. Now then, here’s a photo of the top of our buffet in the dining room…
Have a wonderful Saturday everyone, I’ll see you soon! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
That is a good place for a bit of spit and polish, Dollyy. Your home is lovely and festive.
The art is pretty too.
You know, Dolly, anywhere is a good place for a spit shine! Your photograph is lovely and the artified version is festive, but we most enjoy the original. Have a great weekend, you beautiful girl.
Every kitty (and human) in Brian’s “Home” is so in the holiday spirit, what a warm and lovely place to be …
Oh yes – nice spot for a good wash – nobody dare disturb you while you are under there!
Hugs, Teddy
Not sure who does the decortaions in your home, but tell that person he/she has a gift for making everything look purrfect and beautiful. Hope you got the tree all spiffy and clean. and you really are hiding in the Christmas Cammo… love it. I have not used warhol, tried a few times and gave up.
Perfect spot for a spit and shine indeed
We love how great napping spots show up this time of year!!!
The Florida Furkids
When I was a kid, Dolly, I’d spend time under the tree too; I loved the colored lights.
Lovely art work!
Have a nice day!
I love the covered book print, we have many of those lovely old bridges here in New England. Dolly sure is pretty and clean too.
You look very content hanging out under the tree, Dolly. We like you in red and green too.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh a grooming session under the tree…every Girl must be especially pretty for Santa.
Oh my goodness should your mom tire of RE tirement she could open a Home Decorating Shop. Just when I think she has shown her best work …she shows more.
Hugs Cecilia
This is such a cheerful blog. Thanx.
God bless.
Dolly we always enjoy coming to see you on Caturday and what fine Art you have for us. That looks like a fine place for a quick lick and we thank you for sharing with us all
Under the tree is a good, cosy spot to be, Dolly. Your Caturday art is very festive, and the biped says she really likes your candle holders, on the buffet. We have a lot of LED candles around during the winter; she must keep her eye out for nice holders for them.
Dolly! you chose the purrfect place for a spit shine! You look so beautiful under the tree and we love your Christmasy Warhol. And your Creche display on the buffet is beauteous! Mom’s Mom had some Christmas trees like your!

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
Your Christmas tree is a popular napping spot, Dolly.
Nothing better than Christmas-y nap spots!
That came out great!
A bit of a primp under the tree looks just right.
Red and green are the perfect colors for today’s art, Dolly. You sure aced it. I keep the peeps guessing where I’m sleeping. Right now, I’m in the cube. Before I was in bed.
Off season Christmas trees should be sold as real cat trees. If you start selling them you will make a mint.
Dolly, that is a great spot, for sure. Ava loves hanging out under the tree here, too! We love how your art turned out, and also your festive decorations.
Thank you so much for your kind words about our Gracie. We miss her so much.
That reminds me I need to get out the tree skirt.
Stay Safe and Coffee is on
What a pretty Christmas Dolly!
Ooh, Dolly, your art uses one of my very fav colors–red! I think Andy Warhol would be totally jealous of your art! It is furrtabulous, but then so are you!
Great spot! Relaxing under the tree sounds lovely.
That covered bridge art is beautiful, as are you. I cannot imagine how much work it takes to look that good. 🙂
