Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!
If you’ve followed us for any time at all you know I’m not a fan of car rides, but when Santa insisted, well, I didn’t have much choice. Every kitty here has been sick so it was my turn. Tuesday, late in the day Santa fired up the sleigh and off to the Vet we went.
Why? Well funny you should ask. I was throwing up, not eating and looked pretty miserable. So, a bug I had and shots I got. So, today I’m thankful for our wonderful Vet. She always takes the best care of me. So, we’ll just leave it at that today. Oh, it’s funny, Santa’s sleigh looked a lot like our Dad’s SUV!
Now then, before I finish my snoozy, here’s a photo of our garage door. This picture is from last year but it looks the same this year…
That’s it for our Christmas decoration photos, I hope you liked them. So what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
Brian, we are sorry you were sick, and had to go to the vet. Glad you are on the mend, though! 🙂
Your garage looks so festive!
Awwww sorry so very sorry to hear about your being ill! Get well soon! xoxoxo
Right now i am thankful you are going to be okay!
Some time we all need shots. I turn my head I get shot and I’m 60 years old.
Coffee is on and stay safe
I’m sorry you had to take a sleigh ride, but I’m glad you’re feeling better.
Indeed, I like your Christmas photos, but I do NOT like hearing that you went to the v e t !!!
Katsu loves ours – not me. In fact, I probably won’t need to go back for the rest of my life for shots or anything …. they don’t like those of us who return the outrage or shots and stuff.
Purrseidon

Bummer you had to go to the vet but we are happy you got some care and should be back to healthy soon. Watch out for those reindeer surrounding you.
MOL MOL Brian instead of dreaming about sugar plum fairies you are dreaming about prancing reindeer..I love it. Your garage door always delights me. I’m guessing it is made of canvas and is very sturdy…

Brian, I am grateful you are all better now and yeah, we don’t like when our parents fire up that sleigh! IF it’s going to the Vets office. BUT we are always glad on the way home. I LOVE the garage door. I have really enjoyed all of the shots of your home inside Brian, so that we can see the beautiful decorations. Your mom is creative but she also has flair and creativity. Mine can’t see a wall without walking into it- she is so lacking in creativity except when she takes pen in hand so to speak. That’s… Read more »

Mom asks where your papa got that huge banner for your garage door. It is pawsome! She would love to get one. When she was young she remembers Grandma having one with a big image of Santa on it.
