Happy Tabby Tuesday once again gang and I hope it’s gonna be a good one for you, I really do. Remember Gus the Groundhog from last week? Well, I sent him packing. I did. Apparently there is a family conspiracy and all of the groundhogs in his family predicted more Winter. Bye Gus, see ya next year.
So, anyways, I decided to turn the scratcher box into my own purrsonal bathtub today. I know how important it is to keep clean. I also know how important it is for me not to put any water in this bathtub. Boy that would sure end up being a soggy mess. I don’t think the Mom would be too crazy about me tracking soggy cardboard through the house either. So I’ll just clean up the way I normally do.
I guess I’d better finish up with the bath thing since it will be nap time soon. I sure don’t want to miss any naps. Have a super nice Tabby Tuesday everyone. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Good idea to keep the water out of your bathtub! You look so cute it gave me an a ww.w moment when I opened your post. It’s a good thing that not only can you take a bath and this job but you can just keep right on going and have your nap in the same tub
My smile for the day..,this comment.
Our Groundhog did not see his shadow but as it is only February, we got a BIG snowstorm.
There is plenty of time for it to melt before Spring 🙂
That scratcher is a purrfect place for a cat bath that does not include water.
It looks comfy too.
Purrs, Julie
oh such a bath would be pawfect for us too… it hasn’t to be always water included, right?
Your scratcher makes the perfect bath tub.
I don’t think you could look any more chilled out even if you tried. Enjoy that cardboard scratcher tub.
When Simon bathes I’m sure mom has to clean up some post-bathing hairballs:)
You know, I had me a good bath yesterday, on the couch top…
Great job of bathing in the “bathtub!” 🙂
As for the Groundhog, apparently the Canadian ones have been right only 30% (or less) of the time, since they started doing this. So you probably can rely on an early spring in your area. 😀
You sure look content having a bath in your scratcher.
We agree….no water in the bathtub! It’s nice that your tub is multi-functional!

Simon, we adore you!
It’s good that you are keeping yourself neat and tidy.
Simon a guy who can multitask is a keeper!!

Awesome photo of you bathing in the scratcher box ~

I’m sure your peeps would never be angry with you no matter what you did. It’s the way of good peeps.
You’re doing a great job on your bath too and I agree that you never want to miss a nap.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches to all your siblings and my best to your peeps. ♥
Simon! you are too funny! Baths are terrific. It is -20c (0f) here and we are sitting in the sun puddles have baths here too! Here’s to having and amazing day!
Way to fully relax and look adorable while getting the bath done, Simon! No water needed, for sure!
That is the way to relax in the tub fur-sure
what a great idea! I’ll have to get one for Lucy! Cheers!
You are such a cutie.
Simon, a bath in a bathtub without water sounds like a wonderful idea ! Purrs
That’s a really cute pic, Simon, but we also smiled a little as your bathtub overfloweth!
Purrs,
Tama and Genji
That looks like a very comfy bathtub Simon!!
That does sound like it would be a mess, but you sure look comfy!
I have a scratcher box but I’ve never used it as a bathtub, Simon. ~Ernie
You need some waterproof cardboard.
Much more healthy to have a dry water bath anyway. We’d take more dry ones than wet so we’d be way cleaner.

Well, I was not sure how anyone would bathe in a cardboard scratcher. Looking adorable you are.
That is a great place for a bath, Simon! As for the the groundhogs not seeing their shadows, it’s no wonder, with all those people and camera crews standing around them and blocking the sun!
A bath without the water sounds pretty good to us. You seem to fit quite nicely in that bathtub/lounger, Simon.

That looks like a great place to clean up a bit. Hope you had a great Tuesday!
Yep, water not necessary!
Ground hog day is half way between winter and spring.
Coffee is on and stay safe
That looks like a lot of fun 😀

Washing those paws for at least 20 seconds and social distancing will keep you safe, Simon.
Simon, you are such a nut! ♥
