Today I’m thankful for whole house surge protection, again? Yes, really, again. I know we told you before that we weren’t getting whole house surge protection because there wasn’t room in our breaker box and our generator would have to be rewired. Well, as it turns out, that wasn’t totally accurate. Nope. The Dad and Mom are happy because they really wanted that.
Here’s what happened. The technician that came to do the initial install was new, so he really wasn’t familiar with what the options were. The company is a good one, we bought our air conditioners there, our furnaces there and our whole house generator there. So they followed up as to why the install didn’t happen. They have the solution we need so now all we have to do is wait for the new install date to roll around.
We’re thankful for good companies with great customer service and follow through. There should be more like that. So, what are you thankful for today? We’ve lost electronics due not to the blackout caused when the electricity quit, but from the weird brownout or surge that happens when the power comes back or flickers!

That’s nice! I am so thankful that my cat is finally doing better after all these years…I think we have found a RIGHT vet for him this time…well, at least, the new vet could help him a bit this time.
That really is good news. Our one TV acted funny after the last big lightning we had here. It was so loud Dad was sure we had a direct hit but luckily not. Reading about how you are getting it has us going to check it out. Thanks

Good companies like that are hard to find these days, but it will pay off for them because you will recommend them to others. I am glad it can now happen.

That’s great news! We hope the new tech wasn’t raked over the coals, so to speak, for his error. At least the company has good customer service and followed up, and was able to provide a solution. Yay!

Great that the company you have been so loyal to is also loyal to you. For sure something to be thankful for. I had a difficult time with a home improvement store but their customer service worked hard to make everything right. I will definitely continue shopping there and recommend them to others.
