Mancat Monday with Brian: Let’s Go To the Hop, the Kitten Hop

mancat monday brian 06072021

Hello gang, it’s Mancat Monday and it sure is soupy here in the South. I thought soup was popular in colder weather, but the Dad said it’s a soupy day and a soupy week. Oh well, I don’t care that much for soup anyways. I do have some kitty treats every once in a while though.

Speaking of treats, today I thought I’d share a Kitten Hop with you. This little one was having fun bouncing back and forth and over the legs of the chairs that block the deck stairs. Every once in a while a dog will get loose or a coyote will come by, the chairs block access to the deck for bigger critters. I hope you enjoy this little dance…

I sort of remember having that much energy, how about you? Ya just gotta love that kitten energy. Oh, and it’s trapping time later this week. Wish us luck. Okay, that’s it for me. Have a wonderful Mancat Monday everyone, I will see you again on Thankful Thursday. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I absolutely LOVE seeing the ferals. And kittens…oh my gosh, imagine that energy. I’ll refer them to Duke Power in NC. They can generate a LOT of energy.

Kittens are SO much fun to watch! Yeah I think I had that much energy when I was little but nobody was around to see me so who knows?!?!?!

    Hugs, Teddy

i love the hopping kitty. the first kitten I ever had contact with, was my son’s baby named Jesse James, because he was WILD and he jumped just like this one and could leap tall buildings and did, he was such a love and so much fun. Jessie died young at 3 years old during the pandemic.. broke our hearts. this little one reminds me of Jessie but he looked like Brian

That is so cute! It looks like that kitten is running an obstacle course for the Kitten Olympics! Good idea for the chairs to block any intruders and give the kitties time to get away.

Sweet kitten. We hope you are able to trap them quickly. That is a great idea to block access for the big, dangerous animals.

Hot, soupy weather is not much fun. Kittens are, however, and i wish you great good luck in the trapping department.

I like soup….as in what you eat but talking about soupy weather. Nope, don’t like it one bit! We’re in for a lot of that soupy mess here, too. In fact, today was one of ’em. Those kittens are super adorable! I hope they find good forever homes soon! Best of luck to Dad for catching those little balls of energy!!
