Howdy everyone and welcome to Tabby Tuesday. Today is tabby in motion day. You can tell by my photo can’t you? My face an upper body was still and my lower two-thirds was doing the rolly thing. Maybe I was just getting ready to twist n’ shout and shake it up baby!

Can you see what I was after? It’s a little toy bug. Once upon a time not too long ago it had a wee small motor in it and it would run on the wood floors. Yours truly decided the motor wasn’t necessary so I took it apart. Actually it is much better that way and I bat that sucker all round the house. It’s a hard bug so it still makes a good bit of noise when it hits the wood floors.

Hey, that’s one way for me to get my exercise, right? I hear that exercise is pretty important so maybe I’ll stick with my exercise program. Have a fun Tabby Tuesday everyone. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

clever idea… so you need no gas station if da motor is removed ;O)=

I do that wiggle thing on the carpet sometimes too – feels good – kind of scratches my back a bit until I can find Mom to do that with her fingernails! HAHA I like those bugs – especially when the motor is gone. We can have our way with them easier like that!

We can’t believe you don’t just eat it. It would never survive at our house. Have fun!

Simon you are so funny, maybe you can help us stop our floppy fish from flopping – he’s annoying and never loses steam it seems.

The only thing I know about cats I have learned on your blog and on the other blogs that talk about their cats. I would never have thought to let a cat play with something so tiny because having had dogs all of my life I know that all the big dogs in my life would have swallowed that tiny bug. I am assuming that this means that cats are smarter than not to swallow tiny things. And yes exercise is good for cats dogs and humans

Exercise is very important and I’m getting ready to walk with hubby. Got to get it done before it gets hot.

You’re a smart mancat, Simon.

Have a fabulous Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do to get your exercise, even if it means messin’ up the toy.

Simon, that bug thingy looks mighty fun to paw whack around. But how the heck do you manage to get your bottom half to go floppy flop while your top half is still?? Amazing, I say!

Hi Simon, Happy Tabby Tuesday! My favorite toy is my smushed mylar ball. It stinks good, and my favorite time to play with it is around… oh, 2 a.m. right beside my mommy sleeping. Love, Dori

Hey, Simon – we see you like to do the belly up too:) We would have done the same thing to that bug, and then we might even have tried to eat it:)

Great plan! I wish TW would let me play with my bug but she’s afraid I’ll lose it.

Sometimes you just have to modify your toys to make them better, right, Simon? 🙂
