Howdy gang, here we go once more and thanks for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Can you believe we’re in July now?!?! . I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today I’m really thankful for the green bench. I know, I know, I’ve been thankful for the green bench before, but it’s been a while and the green bench really needed a meow out. The green bench has been here for me throughout the years and you’ve seen me on it lots. What you might not know is the green bench is my overnight sleepy spot. When the Mom and Dad get up in the morning, here I am!

Oh, I do have lots of favorite spots around the house. My number two spot at the moment is upstairs in the bathroom on the bath mat. It’s a pretty cozy and out of the way place to relax. I’ll not forget Mom’s lap though, that’s probably still number one!

So what are you thankful for today??? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

Brian! I did not know that Cokie and Pepi were the originators of the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop! Mom remembers them so well! Loved them. Mom remembers their passing as well. It was so hard on all our Pals in the Anipals community on Twitter.

  4. Ducky & Bogie's Mom

Don’t you look comfy?! Bogie still sleeps in his crate at night – and during the day if we can’t be at home with him – but once we get up in the morning, he likes to curl up in one of our recliners. And he’s so spoiled! I let him stay in mine and I sit on the couch (where I am right now). He climbed into hubby’s recliner earlier and Ducky started barking at him – she thinks it’s hers – so I got him down and let him get up in mine. Yes, Ducky is spoiled, too. 😍😍

Having favorite places to be is a very good thing and although you mentioned three spots here I think your moms lap is #1.

It is good to be so loved you have choices to make regarding sleeping. I sure hope you were extra comfy. Have a great weekend and take care. Remeber to meow thank you to your mom and dad.

you look so peaceful in your nap….. I couldn’t resist walking by and petting you, which would disturb your sleep… better let you nap!

LOL! I misread the title of the post and t thought it said Sunny Beaches! Guess you know where my mind is! That bench looks like a super great sleepy spot and I hope you’re sharing it with the others every now and then. And, be careful with Sunday’s boom-booms. Hope all goes well for you all. X

Humans need to learn to relax like that! The world would be a much more serene place if we all took naps on green benches!

Your bench is a comfy cozy place to spend some quiet time. I Like that. We have a bench outside on the front porch. We need to sand the slats and repaint the frame. We are looking for a volunteer. Maybe Jake, our son-in-law will help out. You have a good week.
