Howdy everyone, it’s Tabby Tuesday already. It seems like I just did a Tabby Tuesday post. Oh well, I’m always ready so let’s get started. How do you like my new chair? It’s not really a new chair, but I’ve only started sitting here recently.
This chair was where the Dad usually sits, but of course if I’m here the Dad has to sit elsewhere. He could suggest that I sit elsewhere but the Dad wouldn’t do that, he just moves somewhere else to sit. He’s nice that way, he’s not one to disturb any of us.
Speaking of the Dad, a couple of weeks ago he went to an ENT place for a hearing test. I asked Dad if he passed and he said “what?”. Hmmmm, that explains a lot then doesn’t it. Yesterday he went to a Hearing Center to see about things to help with his hearing. He hasn’t mention it today so I’m not asking either.
Okay, that’s it for now. Have a fun Tabby Tuesday everyone. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
oh that means your house has a new chairman?
That was a good ‘un!!
That is a nice Simon sized chair. Of course he won’t move you, we usually ended up sitting on the floor so the boys could stretch out on the sofas.
Lucky you having such a kind and generous Dad :-))
AWwwwww! So nice that your Dad let you take over his chair. You certainly look good on it too!! 🙂
Goes this mean your Dad will hear your demands for scritches better 😉 MOL!
Purrs, Julie
It’s good that your Dad is taking care of himself – my Dad probably should be doing the same thing as sometimes I meow and meow at the front door and he ignores me. It has to be his hearing since I know otherwise he’d be taking me outside right? RIGHT?????
Hugs, Teddy
MEOW louder.
Oh Simon, you are adorable and you make that chair look really nice!
That chair looks very comfy Simon and you look very pleased with yourself, but remember this tip, talk a bit louder to dad in future 👍
Have a comfytastic Tabby Tuesday 👍
Welcome to the “what”? club Brian’s Dad!
Simon, you are such a clown!
I know how your dad feels; I have tinnitus.
Oh no Simon I hope Dad can hear well enough to hear the meows for food and attention. He sounds like an awesome dad to give up favorite chairs for you and the gang. We do that as well here and we never get up if someone is sitting on our lap either – even if the leg goes numb:) LOL
we humans that are owned by Beau, do the same thing as your dad, canine trumps human in chairs or sofas. also Beaus dad says WHAT? a LOT
I never disturbed my kitties either. If they were in my chair I just went to another chair. It’s what we do.
I had to chuckle over the hearing test. Hubby and I have the same problem. We’re always saying what.
Have a purrfect Tabby Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
Such beautiful eyes Simon and I love your new spot. The dad is so nice to let you have his spot. I hope the ENT can help him out with the hearing issue. Our dad over here needs to go too!
That looks like a nice chair. It’s good that your Dad lets you use it!!
That’s nice of your dad to not disturb you. We hope there are enough places to sit if all you kitties are occupying a piece of furniture.
I am having to share favorite chairs with the dogs these days. We have an added pair and they are not very fair.
Simon your Dad is all kinds of wonderful. No one in this house would ever have thought to suggest Madi sit else where either. We are believers in who has it first keeps it.
Hugs Cecilia
You have the cutest expression on your face! 🙂 Best wishes to both your parents regarding his hearing. I know how frustrating it can be on both sides of the equation.
That’s very nice that no one disturbs you so you can enjoy time in the chair, Simon! You look so handsome there, too!
That looks like a nice chair. I hope your Dad can get some help with his hearing.
Happy Tabby Tuesday, Simon!! That looks like a really comfy chair. Your dad is the best not to disturb you if you are using it at the time. Thanks for sharing. Have a pawsome rest of your day.
That is a nice chair! I can see why you like it, Simon. I’m glad you don’t have to fight your human for it.
What a wonderful photo and chair. You is the boss 😀
What a nice chair…and an even nicer Dad!!
xoxo,
Jakey and the Gang
You look like that chair is an old favorite. I’m glad you like your new spot.
Simon ~ you are handsome and comfy in that beautiful new chair ~ Xo

You have your dad trained well to not move you! (Men can have selective hearing, too. Just sayin’…)
It’s always good to see things from a different perspective, Simon! Sometimes here we take up the whole couch and our mom has to sit in the rocker. MOL!
When it comes to our parent’s health, no news is good news. We hope he is okay
Dad sure is nice to let you try out his chair, Simon. And we hope those hearing things help him out.
Simon, you know what they say about ears. Hear today, gone tomorrow. HAH! I shouldn’t be making fun since TW says I’m losing my hearing cos I’m not as scared of t-storms as I used to be.
How nice of your dad let you take over his chair. The chair becomes you!
Happy Weds!
Hey Simon, tell your daddy about Q-Grips. Using Q-Tips isn’t a good idea. I read about it in FB. https://q-grips.com/productd4/salespage.php?affId=C8F7AE66&c1=us&c2=reborn_all44downM_int_otto_clean8
Nice of your dad to let you have the chair. I am sure you thanked him in a purrfect way.
yeah we pet parents make a lot of sacrifices! Hoping your Dad’s ears perk up so he can hear everything you are doing! MOL!!
Simon, you are one gorgeous, smart doll aren’t you. You know it all. And your daddy is one great guy, who can teach others lessons in sharing and caring.
Have a relaxed weekend all of you.
Huge hugs and paw kisses.
I cant get over those gorgeous eyes of yours. <3
