Tabby Tuesday Rounding After Chicken with Simon

tabby tuesday simon 07062021

Happy Tabby Tuesday everyone. I know, I know, I was in the round for my Sunday Selfie but I’m facing the other direction now, so it’s okay. Besides it is Simon size and it’s pretty comfy, especially after I’ve just had something to eat. Actually, I’d be in here whether I had something to eat or not. I did have a snack though, and it’s something I hadn’t liked before now.

Remember that the Dad said no more pouch chicken meals since Dolly and I got sick on it? Well, the Dad offered me something that I’ve always turned my nose up at. I was offered some rotisserie chicken and not only did I eat it, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Yum, yum, yum! I know now that I should have tried it before, but since the pouch chicken is no more I thought it was worth the try. Did I mention it was yum?

Seal always likes rotisserie chicken so she said “told ya so”, and I don’t blame her, when you’re right, you’re right. So, that’s something new for me. I also tried some salmon pate wet food that I never liked before and it was good too. I’m branching out, and I’m not even a tree! Have a fun Tuesday everyone and remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

It’s nice to find some new foodables to munch from time to time….I know bunches of cats who love that rotisserie chicken. I’ve never liked ANY “people food” but maybe I’ll change my mind one of these days !

When mom gets a rotisserie chicken everyone lines up for some except for Sophie, she isn’t interested. It is seriously good stuff, isn’t it?

Simon I fully understand you. Because I am a picky eater also. There are just some things I will not even try and after listening to you maybe I should try some of the things I refuse to try

Yum, yum is right. We can’t get our fussy duo to try it, maybe you can convince them Simon?

That looks like such a great round. I’m glad you are branching out and trying new things, and glad you are enjoying them too!

I know that tastes changes, but with my kitties back in the day they would like one thing today, you stock up on that one thing and then they refuse to eat it ever again. I hope this doesn’t happy with you. You’re sure cute in that basket.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

Sounds like you have found a new smorgasbord of cat food. Better be careful you don’t want to lose your fluffy figure.

As we mature, we often find we like foods we didn’t like when younger! Well done to give the new foods a try!

It’s almost always worth at least trying a new food once. At best, you find something new to like, and at worst, you know for certain what you don’t like.

I just had a thought…there was some cat food made from chicken from the Tyson chicken recall, do you think those chicken packets had that chicken in it? (the ones they ate when they got sick)
