Today we’re thankful that our Dad is still cancer free! Our Dad had another follow up visit with his dermatologist this week and we’re all so happy that everything looked good. Our Dad had a battle with melanoma a few years ago so regular follow ups are important. Keep battling the Evil-C Dad!
We’re all so thankful for the community heroes helping out after the horrific tornadoes this past weekend. The first responders, police, fire, EMS, as well as neighbor helping neighbor, even if you don’t live next door. The images are devastating and heartbreaking. Thank you to everyone helping those affected by this disaster.
What are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

That’s awesome, Brian. The biped has a friend who had two surgeries this fall for melanoma; they got it all on the second one and she’s cancer-free too. Such a relief and definitely something for which to be very, very thankful.

We rejoice with you that your Dad got a clear report from his doc.
We get tornadoes around here (Angel Lexi almost got blown away in one just like when she was in the Wizard of Oz) (really!) They didn’t hit us this time, and put our paws together for all the lives that were so severely affected by them last week. XOXOX Xena, Lucy, Riley and Chia
That is the very BEST thankful!!!
That’s great news about your dad. We have our paws crossed for everyone effected by those storms.
I am very very happy your dad is cancer free. We redheads need to keep vigil on melanoma. We are susceptible to sun and its effects. And while we had wild winds…the tornado activity was a few miles off. We just had 70 or so mi. per hour winds right here where we live. However, a few miles away, trees down everywhere and things turned over. .
I am so glad your dad is cancer free- that is the best Christmas gift of all. My prayers to all affected by the tornadoes, so sad. Thank you for hosting. XO
