Howdy gang, thanks once again for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.  I am always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today I’m really thankful for my Blue Towel.  I think I’ve been a bit remiss in not mentioning this before.  I’m sure my Blue Towel was feeling a big neglected with that oversight.  Anyways, my Blue Towel has been with me for a long, long time and anytime I’m on the couch I’m laying on my Blue Towel.  Even though we’ve have several couches, my Blue Towel is always there for me.  I love you Blue Towel.

The Mom will take my Blue Towel and wash it up sometimes, more than I’d like.  When she takes it for cleaning she gives me another one, a substitute, but it’s not my Blue Towel, it’s a different color.  Guess what?  Yep, I won’t lay on it, I’ll lay beside it, but not on it.  Ya gotta be Blue or I’m not laying on you!

So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We all have our quirks, don’t we? I mean, I have my favorite spot on the couch and a favorite hoodie that I wear at night. I am wearing it now!

When you have a special towel and it is blue, no one should try to fool you with a different. Your one smart kitty Brian. Have a wonderful day and I hope you get to keep your blue towel lways. Have a great weekend and I love seeing all of you. Stay warm and happy.

Know what? I like to lie on a towel too……Mom puts them on all the available napping spots and I really love having them there. I have favorite towels. Mom washes them all every week and it takes a while before they smell friendly again!

    Hugs, Teddy

You gotta be blue, or I am not laying on you, that has me laughing and laughing. I LOVE it! Baby Girl had a pink blankie, it was a baby blanket i got at a yard sale or 50cents when we adopted her in 2002. she would not lay on or be covered up by anything but that blankie. I had to move it from room to room and during cold months cover her with it. we still have it and it is no longer pink but white. Beau doesn’t like it, it lives in the closet.

Aw, it’s like your “Linus blanket,” Brian. ♥

Did we miss a vet visit update? We looked at your posts this week but other than Monday’s mention of the appointment, we haven’t seen anything. (Doesn’t mean the biped just didn’t catch it, though!) We hope things went well. ♥♥♥

You like what you like and you like your blue towel. I see nothing wrong with that. Perhaps mom can get another blue towel to rotate when she’s cleaning your blue towel. I wonder if that would even work.

Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.

Have a purrfect Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and my best to your wonderful peeps. ♥

The first thing I thought of was Linus with his blue blankie. 🙂 I’m not super picky but I am partial to our fleece UT lap blanket to keep over my legs when the weather is cold which makes me feel so snuggly. I have another fleece blanket which is really pretty but it’s not quite as plush. Maybe it’s because it’s been used more over the years. It’s still nice, though. I’m thankful to see the sun today but for how long? I’m also thankful DH is supposed to get his new crown seated today. Yippee! Have a good weekend, my furriend!

Brian we like what we like and anything other than that is unacceptable
I loved this line: “Ya gotta be Blue or I’m not laying on you!”
I’m having a similar problem but at the grocery store.
This supply chain thingie is driving my crazy. There are foods/brands etc I LIKE…PERIOD. Each Thursday before I enter the
grocery store me, myself and I have a talk.
    Hugs Cecilia

Everyone should have a favorite towel or blankie. It’s important to our happiness and security. Nice of your human to keep it nice for you.

Oh wow, I can’t believe it! Not only are we LATE, but we have a blue towel too for cat use. I guess it is not as loved as yours is though. Mum’s post took a lot longer than she expected so sorry Brian.

Brian, you know what you like and are not accepting any substitutions!!!
I must say, it is a pretty blue and you look good on it too 🙂
    Sweet dreams!

I have left one comment and for whatever reason these link ups do not like my other blog so I will just use my other info. You know it is me right Brian? I know you do even though you were busy taking care of your blue towel. Hey, I don’t like anyone taking my towel either but it is green and white. You take great photo ops. Each one of you here and you make my day. Have a wonderful weekend and take care. HUGS & MEOWS & FUN 4 ALL

Guess what, Brian. You’re smarter than our Mom was when she was little. We’ve heard the story about her blankie that she carried around everywhere. He Mom would replace it with another one when it needed washed or just thrown out, and she never knew until years later when her Mom “let the cat out of the bag.” We wonder why there was a car in a bag… XOX Xena and Lucy
