Our Dad has been trying to visit some blogs but he had been pretty tired and a bit sore. He’ll eventually catch up with you to thank you for your kindess and understanding.
We’re joining in on Feline Friday hosted by Comedy Plus, and it is simple to join. All you have to do is: Post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute).
Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Thank you so much for posting and for that lovely photo. You are very much in our thoughts and we are crossing everything for a quick recovery.
Purrs, Woofs, Neighs and Hugs,
Everyone at The Poupounette
No blogs, no visits until you feel better! Then you can go nuts OK?
Now you take care of yourself and each other. This is a very hard time for you, Dad Terry and (furry)furriends and you need all your energy just for you and we won’t walking away but send Healing Pawkisses for all of you🐾😽💞
That’s a great photo of you and your Dad together on the sofa Seal. We’re sure he’s happy to have company as he recovers from his surgery!! We’re thinking about all of you and sending hugs.
Tell your dad to take it easy and get lots of rest, Seal. The blogs can wait.
You all should just close up the computer for a week or two and try to process losing Dolly and let your dad do some healing. No one expects anything from you all right now as it has been such a hard week.
Your a good nurse, Seal! We’re wishing your dad a speedy healing, though tell him there’s no rush to blog or email or whatever. You’ve all been through a very rough time with Dolly’s passing and now this, so give yourselves the time and space you need. Sending hugs and purrs. ♥
Maybe stay away from blogging for a couple of days and rest….
Seal I am happy to see you are comforting your dad, tell him he has our permission to take a break. we all understand. dealing with surgery and loss of a loved one is hard to do.. Beau is better but not all the way, still waiting for a poop and he did walk half way but did not really want to. we think it was bad food but that is just a therory.
Sending hugs to each of you, and we’ll see you when you feel more like it.
Seal and Dad I 100% understand. I had an appendectomy on Aug 25, 2021, via laparoscopic surgery
The worst soreness was around my belly button, OH and OMCs I bought X large sweat pants with a drawstring. They were the most comfortable around my waist.
Healing hugs Cecilia
We’ll be here when your dad is back to fighting form, Seal!
Do your nursing duties, and purr, purr, purr.
Purrs and hopes for speedy recovery! Sometimes you just have to take things easy. We can see that you are an enormous help, Seal.
Take care, my dears. 😀
So happy to see Seal working her healing magic on Dad. Take care.
As Madison, Bailie, Olivia, and Joy said “close up the computer for a week or two” so your Dad can heal from his surgery and all of you can “process” your grief over losing sweet Dolly. When your Dad is feeling better then you can visit us and post your own blogs. None of us are going anywhere – we all understand and will be here to welcome you back.
We’re glad to see your dad is doing well after his surgery. You two look very happy to be snuggling together.
You tell dad to just rest. No one expects him to visit right now. He just needs his feline medical staff to keep him company. I even linked this post to Feline Friday so he doesn’t have to.
Thank you for joining the Feline Friday Blog Hop.
Have a purrfect Feline Friday and weekend. Scritches all around, a healing hug to dad and my best to mom. ♥
You are a good nurse, Seal. Tell your dad that blogs can wait and he needs to heal. Sending loads of good thoughts for him to have a good recovery.
Seal, please tell Dad not to worry about a THING!! We are so happy to see him and to see that he is healing nicely! Please tell Dad that Mom is so sorry she hasn’t gotten a hold of him yet. She has been busy with crap and today she has to drive stinky Levi FAR away to get groomed (and it’s snowing) and she is being her usual hyper self. The groomer we went to for 15 years (it was located at our Vet), moved…..and they moved much further away. Thankfully the Vet didn’t move, just the groomer. Mom… Read more »

Seal you just tell your Dad to get all the rest he needs and regain his strength. We’re all purring for him!
What a great nurse you are Seal!! We sure hope your Dad is feeling all better soon, time and lots of kitty snuggles should do the trick!
Rosy, Jakey & Arty
We know Dad will feel better quickly with you as his nurse!
You’re the best nurse, Seal ! Tell your dad to take care of himself, our blogs can wait. Get better soon, Dad Terry ! Purrs and hugs
It’s good to have Dad back home, isn’t it, Sister Seal? ♥
You have all been through so much this week ! Please just take some time to be together.
Seal, you are such a good nurse, We are sure that under your care, your Dad will recover swiftly from his surgery.
Tell him to take all the time he needs. You all need to look after each other. The blogging can wait – and so can We.
Don’t worry about visiting us until you are better- just rest. XO
I’m glad you’re there taking good care of your dad, Seal. Tell him to rest and recover.
Tell your dad there’s no need to worry about the blog world. Just take the time y’all need to heal your hearts and dad’s body.
The most important thing is that your Dad focuses on his physical healing and that your family takes time to adjust to losing Dolly. We can all wait however long it takes for you to return to visiting.
So glad the Dad is doing better, but he needs to take it easy and give himself time to heal. Please tell him not to worry about blogs right now. You look beautiful as always Seal.
You all need to just nurse your dad back to 100%. We’ll all still be here. 🙂
You tell your dad for him to take his time. We will all be here when he is ready. I love the picture.
Such a sweet picture.
Glad you are doing well.
After all that has happened in your household, take time to process and recover.
We are a BIG family in the Cat Blogosphere, no thanks necessary!
Purrs, Julie and “mum” Nancy
I can wait for your visit. TW knows about tired. This is a bad week for her but not as bad as it’s been over at your place.
TBT had that operation. It was in 1968 and all the guys in the dorm were gagging up from Hong Kong Flu. He was too. But, naturally, it wasn’t from that. He never gets the “flu”. His appendix decided to leave town…
Seal, I’m glad to see you’re on the job, helping your human recover from his emergency surgery! I am purring for him to heal fast… and I know he will with your help.
You and your brofurs are doing a good job helping your Dad heal.
Take as much time as you need to heal and deal with all the other things…we still be in the same place with not much happening…(we hope)!
Sending our love, good thoughts and doggy wags, too.
Seal, it sure is nice to see you, and Dad, too! We are super glad he is doing okay! Tell him to take it easy, and to poace himself, okay? XO
Charlee: “Great to see your Dad home and getting some of that top-notch kitty aftercare. There’s nothing like a purring cat to make you feel better!”
We are so furry happy your Dad is being taken care of by you! We know that cats are the bestest caretakers of humans. Keep up the great work guys! Purrs Marv
PS At least your Dad has a good reason to not help unlike our Mom….
Oh Terry, I’m so glad to so see you’re at home. I’ll bet Seal and the other kitties missed you, too. I was so worried. Stopped by yesterday but didn’t see any update. I guess I was too early.
Even though it’s not fun, at least they caught it in time (your appendix, that is). Did they let you bring it home in a jar?
Here’s to your speed recovery!
Don’t worry about visiting us ’cause I’d rather you get your rest.
Rest up! Looks like Seal is taking good care of you.
Praying your Dad is recovering well and quickly.
Lots of friendly scritches to Seal.
