Howdy everyone, how are you doing today? Me, I’m pretty tired and I’m just here in the recliner peeking over my furs at the Camera Mom. I know, she’ll be letting me restart my snooze soon, I just know it.
Anyways, from the title did you think I was going to start a revolution? Nope, not me, but I just had my monthly dose of Revolution. It stinks too. It’s one of those things that gets rubbed on the back of my neck so that I can’t get to it. That hardly seems fair and I couldn’t even get Seal to wash it off for me, she said nope, wasn’t happening. Oh well, that’s why I’m trying to sleep it off. I’m just glad it’s only a once a month thing!
Speaking of Seal, tomorrow is Dr. Seuss Day and Seal will be representing all of us. Have a wonderful Tabby Tuesday and I’ll be seeing you soon! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
dear simon, we have to tell that not even we do da washing job if we get that stuff on our back… we have to sleep it off too LOL
The boys used to hate having that stuff put on their necks too, Simon.
Take it easy, Simon, and enjoy the life and sleep!
Well Simon just remember you’re now protected…….a revolution has begun against those pesky pests that bother you!!
Hugs, Teddy
Bad smells are just the worst, Simon! We hope t fades soon! In the meantime, you look mighty cute in your snooze position!
Purrs,
Tama and Benny
We hate that Revolution stuff too! It smells bad and feels funny! Momma says it works though. ~Ellie Mae
We used to have stuff like that but Mom hated it so now we get a pill that tastes really good instead. Hope the smell goes away soon.
We used to use monthly Frontline when we had indoor/outdoor cats 15 years ago but, didn’t need it once our cats were indoor only. Is this for something other than fleas and ticks?
Mom buys Advantage 2 I think it is…she won’t tell in case I see her getting it out. Yeah, I hate it, She does too because until it works in, the back of my neck is damp with it and she can’t smooch me for a few days. Hey…maybe that’s a good thing! She can get annoying,
Simon, all the cats here hated having that too. Nicki was so bad that the biped had to get the vet techs to do it when she would take him in every three months for his anal glands. So we’re glad it’s over and done with for you for another month!
Simon, you’ll just have to let it dry and the smell will go away.
Beau said to tell you he fully understands the interrupted nappy times by pawsaratti! it happens a lot. At least you have 3 others to share the camera time between you, Beau is an only child… he gets all the cell time… can’t way to See Seal on Seuss Day… YAY
I used to wear Frontline and those liquids do stink but now I wear the Seresto collar and I like it much better.
Oh Simon I recall dropping those on Madi. Just an itty bitty drop and she acted like I had poured ice cold water on her. How in the world she felt that drop thru all the fur.
I hope Seal at least give you some sympathy…I expect soon she’ll have a Revolution day too
Hugs Cecilia
Today is our day for some Revolution too Simon! We should all Revolution together!! MOL
xoxo,
Jakey, Rosy and Sunny
Poor Simon, having to put up with that awful smell! But the stuff does work. I switched Shadow and Ducky to one of the chewable preventives YEARS ago, mainly because I couldn’t get either one of them to stay put long enough to put the topical treatments on properly, even with the DogDad’s help. And last year, when Bogie was old enough, we put him (and Ducky) on Simparica Trio as it helps prevent heartworm disease as well as fleas and ticks.
We don’t like that smell either.
Nicky would feel your pain. He used to go out at the beginning so he had to get awful stuff on him monthly. BTW, I had a wild case of the zoomies this morning so I’m tired now too.
I remember that and my kitties didn’t like it either. No kitty will lick it off for you either.
The Dr. Seuss Linky list is up on my site. On my sidebar and my navigation menu. Just so you know.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. ♥
Hope you enjoy your snooze
Coffee is on and stay safe
Tell your folks to switch to Bravecto then you will only need it once every 3 months. 🙂
We hope that stuff doesn’t make you feel bad. Our Mom always used that stuff on her past pups, but we just get a DNA HW test twice a year that is supposed to catch HW at the very beginning of their life so it only takes one shot to kill them. Pow! So far, we’ve always tested negative. XOX Lucy and Chia and Riley
Well, Simon, you may not like it, but remember it is put on you because you are loved.
Enjoy the rest of your snooze! I remember those meds can be pretty stinky.
Sweet baby, take care!
Tierna foto a pesar de lo enfurruñada. Te mando un beso.
Sorry, Simon. Sounds awful. The only thing put on the back of our necks is toys, when our mom thinks she’s funny.
Trust me, fleas stink worse than Revolution.
Well, at least you have protection against those nasty ticks and fleas now, Simon!
Have you tried rubbing yourself?? Us angel kitties did that…and so do the pups. LOL! Sometimes *she* puts a leash on them so they can’t go a rolling to rub it off on the couch or the edge of their beds, Phooey!
Charlee: “Hmm, is this the same Revolution the Beatles were singing about? I’m going to guess not …”
I hate the sticky stuff on the back but it is better than the alternative.
Simon ~ you are so handsome and sweet ~ sorry for the meds ~ guess we all get some of that ~ great photo of you, though ~ Xo
Wishing you love and peace in your days,
