Tabby Tuesday:  I’m Ready for the Evening with Simon

tabby tuesday simon 04192022

Howdy friends, how y’all doin’ today on Tabby Tuesday?  It’s gonna be a busy day and I’ve got lots to do.  I try to cram it all in early in the day so I can get lots of  snoozies mid-morning.  Then, I get to have my lunch meal and nap some more.  I’ve got a lot to get in before the evening times.

What happens in the evening?  Well, I help the Mom and Dad as they binge watch some older TV series shows .   As you can see, I’ve got my cell phone, my beverage and, most importantly, the Roku remote.  I’m all set and ready to go.  Oh, I’ll eventually scoot over and share the Share Chair with my Mom, then I’ll hop over to the couch and visit with the Dad.  Busy, busy, busy!   That’s why I’ve got to get most of my rest done early on.

Okay, I’ve gotta check out the upcoming shows to see what we’ll be watching tonight.  Have a fun Tabby Tuesday and a I’ll be seeing you soon! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

  1. While my Mom and Dad watch TV in the evening, I head upstairs where it’s QUIET and do some snoozing in the guest room…..I have a new bed there and oh boy is it comfy. AND QUIET!

    Hugs, Teddy

  2. You make me smile with your busyness. I hope you get in plenty of nap recovery!

  3. Beau said to tell you that he doesn’t want the remote that Mama has the remote at night and that he goes into a deep deep sleep and doesn’t even know anything is going on. When it comes time to turn the TV off and go to bed we have to wake him up which is hard and make him go outside for last call. At least you don’t have to go outside for last call. You can go anytime you want.

  4. I get 3 hours of leg time with Precious every eve during DVD time. Old TV shows from the library.
Simon you have a great routine too. Enjoy life in slow motion.
I’m obviously not techy or I would publish my blog icon and the name for publish if
    I could. Lynn and Precious

  5. You and I are alike, Brian. I always have my stuffs at the ready too. Mommy watches the old sitcoms and westerns every time she gets a chance. Sure beats what’s out there the past 20 years. She has the Roku ready… and by the way, do your mom and dad know about Pluto TV?

  6. Simon one thing is for certain the old shows are the best shows….
I admire you ability to know all about the remotes too. We have 2 and I’m still confused sometimes…well actually 3 there is one that goes to the sound bar but don’t even get me started on that sound bar.
    Hugs Cecilia

  7. I’m glad you’re making sure mom and dad are properly supervised. You rock Simon.

Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.

  9. When we hear the sound of Netflix being turned off, we know it’s time to run into the bedroom or the kitchen. But we do like to watch some parts of the shows. We never get the remote, though. You’re very lucky, Sinom! XOX Lucy, Xena and Chia.
