Howdy everyone, thanks for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. I am always thankful to each of you for joining us! Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!
Today, I’m always thankful for lots of things, but I’m going to mention two of them. I’m really very thankful when friends help friends. Virginia, also know as #1 over at The Poupounette blog, was able to help those of us in Blogville who became worried when our favorite Weimaraner pups from Easy Weimaraner went missing all of a sudden. The Weims live in France and so does #1. Well, #1 contacted a friend of hers who lives close to the Weims and they went and checked on them. They are okay, their internet is out and hopefully will be back soon. I’m so thankful for friends helping friends!
Hey, I know Simon told you about his new Silvervine Sardine. Well, I’m thankful that I got one too. I think mine must have been really dirty because I licked and lick and licked it until it was all cleaned up. I’m thankful that as a senior guy I still enjoy some toy fun. Hey, I even purrticipate in our evening play time sessions. Thanks for the new toy Dad!
Okyy gang, that’s it for me. So, what are you thankful for today? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!
Brian, it’s great that you ‘cleaned off’ that toy!
That was indeed nice of Virginia to help everyone find out that the Easy Weimaraner peeps and pups are okay. I’m glad you got a silver one sardine, Brian! Looks like you’re having fun!
Silvervine
We become so in tune with each other here in blog land, it is a concern when someone goes missing suddenly, and it’s a joy that we look out for each other as best we can.
My kitties haven’t tried silvervine, but one of these days i’m going to get them some. It’s just so much easier to find catnip in the stores.
Linda foto y siempre es bueno ayudar. Te mando un beso.
mucho besos!
That sure was nice of #1 to check on the Weims for everbuddy. And that new silvervine toy is awesome, Brian! 🙂
A friend in need is a friend indeed 🙂 That’s a cute photo of you, Brian.
ah yes- my link is all about neighbors ( and friends ) helping each other….where would be without each other? BIG HUGS!
What a relieve that Phenny, Nelly and family allright. We sure were worried when we didn’t hear anything anymore, Brian. Yes, that’s where furriends are for💗 Now you also have a great furriend, named Silvervine, huh…MOL…Pawkisses for a wonderful day to all of you🐾😽💞
I was relieved when I heard the Weims and family were okay. It was kind of Virginia to find out for us all. You are really enjoying your sardine!
Our #1 (aka Virginia) was so happy that she was happy to help, and it was a great coincidence that she knew someone who lives only 10 minutes from the Weims! All’s Well That Ends Well!
Silvervine is definitely a friend to be thankful for, Brian!
Purrs,
Tama and Benny
We were very happy Miss Virginia let us know that Katty and the Weims were OK and this morning on Facebook is a post from their phone….still working on the internet. We’re thankful that friends are looking out for each other these days too. Looks like that sardine is mighty tasty and “sniffable” Brian……..good job!! Thanks for hosting the THANKFUL hop.
Hugs, Teddy
You do look like you are really loving your silvervine sardine, Brian! We are very happy to hear that Phenny and Nelly are okay.
Oh BRIAN…I would love a silvervine sardine. I think I must scratch mom to serve as a reminder to look for one when she is out and about.
Glad everyone is OK at Easy’s place. That is a nice sardine. Thanks for hosting. Have a wonderful day. XO
Brian, i am jealous of your toy. My old nanner is getting weak in the nippy stuff. Maybe Lynn
will take action after letting me see your Thankful blog. I am thankful Lynn and I have 5 days
home alone. I am a happy cat when it is just her. I am such a fraidy cat. Precious
The Weims have been pretty quiet. We figured they went to visit family in Germany or something. Glad they are alright.
We were relieved when we heard the Weims were okay. Too bad you got the dirty toy but it’s great that you cleaned it up!
Oh, Brian, thank you for sharing the thankful news that Katty, Mark, Phenny, and Nellie are okay!! I’ve been soooo busy with Zen these last two weeks that I’ve hardly had time to think of anything else. Thank you to Virginia and her friend for checking up on the Weims and their “staff”, too!!
today I am thankful to see you worn to a frazzle from all that salmon licking PHUN… and ditto on thankful to Virginia for help in finding out about our Wiems Twins. I miss them lots and will be thankful if they can figure out a hotspot. their mom said they have phone now but not for the laptop and are trying to figure out a hot spot thingy to get online,
Friends helping friends is a very good thing. Lots of wonderful people on the Internet.
You did a great job cleaning up your toy. We need baths and so do our toys.
Thank you for hosting the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Thankful Thursday. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
We’re thankful for you, Brian. And we’re thankful that our Lucy and Chia only “play” fight. We’re also thankful you are still enjoying your new toys.
XOX Xena, Lucy and Chia
I adore this image with your tongue tip sticking out. 😀 Sorry for my absence. I’ve been enjoying other activities and unintentionally neglecting wonderful blog friends. 🙁 It sure is a great community. ~hugs~ Be well, my dears!
We were so glad to hear the Weim bros and their parents were all okay and it was just a case of the internet misbehaving. You sure look like you’re enjoying that toy.
A million thank yous for the info on Da Twinies and Staff. I have been going by every day to check. I thought maybe they were on a trip to visit the Grandparents in Germany and maybe I missed the information on their trip.
Amazing how the blogville help line went active lickety split
Hugs Cecilia
The Cat Blogosphere has some mighty nice folks, I’m glad those pups are doing fine over in France. I’m glad you got a sardine too and it’s good that you are keeping it so clean – good job Brian – MOL!
Brian, I am totally thankful for your feline family and even the special ones outside. Thankful that your mom and dad are so special to be the humans that love and care for so many felines. Your whole family is so SPECIAL>
those are some great thankfuls! I have been busy, so didn’t know the Weims were missing! Glad everyone is ok for sure!
I like you, Brian and Terry, are thankful for those who help others. It still seems to be quite a rare thing unfortunately. However, with places like the Cat Blogosphere and others, that spread the word, perhaps that will become more mainstream.
Good for you for not giving up on the Silvervine Sardine! Sometimes all it takes is a good licking.
We too are thankful that the Weimies and their furmily are all OK.
Silvervine; Minko never got to try it, and Pipo didn’t seem to react to it as much as catnip. Glad your got a good cleaning!
Those are very good thankfuls!
We are always thankful for good friends! Like you!!
Having friends help you out is indeed something to be thankful for.
Brian, dude, you may have overdone it with the sardine!
I’m thankful that you are enjoying life.

Friends helping friends just underlines how wonderful of an online community surrounds us! We are so happy Phenny and Nelly(and K & M) are safe!
Almost as glad as we are to see you with that nommy Silverdine Sardine!

Sunny
Whoa! I haven’t had the ‘vine in a long time. So glad you’re playing again. Also glad for friends who check in on friends. The Twitter anipals are good at things like that. We’ve already had the police checking on those who go missing.
These are a pair of wonderful thankfuls!
I am thankful that you took the time to tell us about our friends.
Layla woofs a clean toy is fun but the dirtier the better, thanks for the blog hop and have a great weekend
