Thankful Thursday Blog Hop: Silvervine Is Mighty Fine

thankful thursday blog hop brian 01 09012022

Hello gang, thanks for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.  I am always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

Today I’m thankful for Silvervine, well, I am thankful for Silvervine, but I’m really thankful for my Silvervine Sardine. It has to be one of the best toys ever and whenever it makes an appearance I totally go bonkers. I should really say I go Bonkers with a capital B! It’s true, I do.

thankful thursday blog hop brian 02 09012022

I don’t get to have my Silvervine Sardine very often and it might be a while before I see it again. This time it got licked and washed so much that it’s guts fell out on the living room carpet. Oopsie! The Mom was forever getting it vacuumed out of the carpet and we all spent time just rolling on that special spot. I think this qualifies as one of those “it was fun while it lasted” things.

Okay, that’s my thankful for today, what are you thankful for? Tell us in the comments and then join us for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop. Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

I’ve always “enjoyed” silvervine more than catnip…..now I have never actually torn up a toy to get at it like you did Brian but maybe I should think about rolling around in it instead of just sniffing it????

It is an adorable toy. You are lucky to have it, even if it is only once and a while.

Momma Kat and Her Bear Cat

We’ve had silvervine exactly once in this house, and I determined that both Bear and Ellie are mean drunks. And a kitten on silvervine? Eesh.

Brian, it sounds like the rest of the kitty family is thankful you broke open
the sardine! Lynn and I are thankful for the second morning in a row it is
only 55 degrees and the house is nice and cool with windows open so I
can hear birds and watch chippie thru the screen. Precious

LOL! We were thinking the same thing, that must be very potent silvervine! It’s nothing something biped sees here in the pet stores. Maybe she’ll look online!

Silverline looks like so much fun even if you do not get it all the time, that actually makes it more fun as you do not know when it will come out to play. Thanks for your blog hop as always
