Howdy gang, see I told you I enjoyed my Dad time. We’re sitting on the couch together and he put his hand out so I could sleep on it. Wendy asked if he moved or if he just waited it out. Well, for the most part he waits it out so he won’t disturb me. Sometimes he does have to get up though, mostly if someone delivers a package and he has to go fetch it. That’s okay, when the delivery human drops it on the porch I usually get afraid and run.
Speaking of being afraid, do you all remember my favorite bowl scratcher I’m always laying in. I messed up. I rolled over and rolled out of the thing and I went tumbling. So now I’m afraid if the scratcher bowl. Okay, I’m not afraid of it any more but I was for several days. I swear that thing dumped me right out onto the floor. Twas scary.
Okay, that’s enough for now so I’m going to finish up with my Dad time nap. Y’all have a fun Tabby Tuesday everyone! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

oh we agree that was scary… we hope the bowl scratcher is not haunted or something like that?
I hope that bowl scratcher behaves itself in future!
Beaus dad lets Beaus head stay on his dad knee until it gets numb. Beaus head weighs about 10 pound or more. Dad’s are great and love their pets. today is love your pet day and we know your dad loves you
You got to watch out for those things Simon. You never know when a toy or a favorite place to lay down might all of a sudden become alive. Then it has a mind of its own and it might attack you. Glad you’re not scared of your basket now though. You got to show it who’s boss. Precious
Oh Simon! You are such a nice brave fellow until you are not. Maybe one day your fears will diminish a little bit, but you do pretty well overall.
Nice that your Dad lends you a hand (hahaha)………If something unexpected happens to me (like a bowl scratcher tipping over!) I get a little rattled too Simon. We like routine and for things to stay the same right?
Hugs, Teddy
C’mon, Simon, it’s just scratcher! And you can never have enough dad time, can you?
Simon…come over and I will give you an ear bath to make up for it.
Thank you Dad, for your kind and loving words on Katie’s bloggie. Both she and me…we are grateful. XX
That was sure not nice of your scratcher bowl to dump you, Simon.
Simon, you are such a character.
I can imagine that was scary! I’m glad you’re over it now though. Back to rolling around in your favorite scratcher!
That sounds one vindictive scratcher! Hopefully when you’re next in, it is far more polite gentle and respectful, Simon.

I had to smile, Simon. I’ve done the same thing too. Not move so I wouldn’t disturb my babies.
Yikes on the tumble. That was most scary.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
Wow…that scratcher bowl sounds a bit evil Simon…be careful!!
Enjoy your Dad nap!
xoxo,
Sunny

Charlee: “We are pretty sure there’s a hard and fast rule about not disturbing cats when they are sleeping on you.”
Chaplin: “It’s in the Constitution, I think.”
That must have been scary to have your bed dump you out onto the floor like that!
Oh so glad you are ok from tumbling ~ sweet photo of you ~ Xo
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

Simon OH no your bowl scratcher boomeranged on you. I bet that was scary.
You head is purrfect fit for dad’s hand
Hugs Cecilia
It would be scary to be rolled out of the scratcher. Good thing your Dad is around to comfort you.
That scratcher bowl had a lot of nerve dumping you out!!
My cats love human time 😀 And I love when my cats sleep on me 😀
Poor baby! I bet it didn’t dump you out on purpose though.
Sorry you took a fright. At least you have Dad time. XO
That must have been scary, Simon. We sure hope you give that bowl scratcher another try sometime soon. XO
Well, that wasn’t very nice of that bowl scratcher to do. Enjoy your dad time, Simon!
Uy que tierna a mi perrita Franchesca tambien es muy miedosa. Te mando un beso.
Falling is scary, i hope that doesn’t happen again.
You have an amazing Dad!
You know you’re the boss when you sleep on their hands.
Your Daddy is a very patient man. I’ll bet sometimes his hand goes to sleep, too, with you sleeping on top of it. I’ll bet you didn’t know that hands can sleep ’cause you have paws instead. Sorry to hear about your tumble out of the bowl scratcher. Purrhaps you need to take up a different sleeping pawsition and tuck yourself inside it.
I feels your pain Simon, it’s easy to get scared of things around the house … and before we know it there’ll be those things that goes “bump in the night” … right?
I hope you gave that bowl a good scratching to teach it a lesson!
Enjoy your Dad time snooze:)
Those bowls simply can’t be trusted! I’m glad you have recovered from your fright!
Oh, no! Be safe and unafraid, my lovely.
How sweet of your dad but we know he’s the best. TW lets me lay on her hand sometimes cos lately I haven’t been biting it.
Simon sure is a beautiful cat!
