Howdy gang, it is Tabby Tuesday and maybe you are surprised to see me here since the rumor mill says that I’ve been was in hiding for hours yesterday. I’m here to dispel those rumors, it’s not true that I was hiding for hours, it was at least a full day, maybe a bit longer. Yes, that part is mostly true but I can’t help it, I’m a scaredy cat, that’s my super power!
When I did come out I went on a sniffing tour. I went into the living room and sniffed the carpet. I could tell immediately that there must have been over 600 strangers here. You think I’m kidding? Well, maybe it was closer to 300 strangers and the strange smells were everywhere. The smells were on the small ottoman, the big ottoman, the small chair, the big chair and even the couch. No wonder it was hiding time. Actually I’m not totally sure it is safe to be out so If you’re looking for me I might be under the recliner.
Y’all have a fun Tabby Tuesday, everyone, watch out for the stranger danger! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

we are sure all 300 or 600 went home and you can enjoy your kingdom ;O)
HA! You are out and up there, Simon 🙂
I sure hope that was the last of the guest for a while so that you can get over this traumatic event of visitors in the house. That’s why Bo loved the parking lot at Walmart because there were 87 million smells for him to sniff maybe not that many for you but close
Simon, boy your nose got to work out when you finally started checking out the house smells. Maybe that was a fun thing after the company left. Gave you something exciting to look for.
Simon, that is a very unusual super power! None of us have it over here!
Purrs,
The Chans
We understand, Simon. You took the better safe than sorry route. (Even if you did miss out on some good petting and maybe some treats, too.)
We think your parents need to have strangers over for a few minutes a day every day so you get used to it. Sorry you are so afraid.
Oh boy, that would make our cats hide as well I bet. Today is a new and better day.
Simon, just so you know, I am not the bravest kitty either.
I will hide from strangers or maybe observe from a distance.
I tend to like girls over boys.
The important thing is you come out for your family 🙂
Purrs, Julie
A cat can’t be too careful or cautious – that’s what I say Simon. Especially if we smell “stranger danger”……I’m glad you’re out and about now – let’s hope that invasion doesn’t happen again for a long while!
Hugs, Teddy
LOL! That was a lot of people to fit into your house, Simon! 😀
My gosh SImon…that was the worst of the worst! Did Seal join you? I had hundreds like that here in my home too! I am such a floozy I went around and greeted everyone whether they liked it or nor. Believe it or not some don’t LIKE cats! ! I need to learn how to sort these people through!
We’re glad to see you came out of hiding for a while, Simon. We always have to sniff around where strange people were in our house too.
That’s extraordinary sniffing ability, Simon, to pick up the scents of 600 strangers! It must be scary at first, but maybe you could get used to it? Maybe if they feed you some treats?
Charlee: “Good grief! It sounds like your house needs fumigation now! And possibly a moat …”
Simon stranger danger is real and you are most wise to beware this time of year
Hugs Cecilia
That sure was a lot of strangers. I would have hid too. 🙂
You can be a scaredy cat, Simon. You’re most handsome so you can be anything you want to be.
Have a purrfect day. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
Love it.

We are so glad you are out and about again, Simon!
xoxo,
Sunny and Rosy
Always play to your strengths, Simon!
Babe, I think your superpower is invisibility! You are rocking it. Stay away from the sniffing ….
Looking good! 2 of my cats hide when strangers are in and the boy, he is so curious he visits them all and likes to look in their bags haha! When he was a kitten, he used to steal pens, yup pens went missing!
We would hide with that many strangers too!
We hear ya, Simon. While Ava would not hide if we had visitors, she most definitely would be on the stairs, ready to make a run for it.
Poor baby! Home invasions are no fun!
Bella foto, ten una genialnoche. Te mandoun beso.
300 introoders? Sounds like something was afoul of the law.
I agree, you should always side with caution, and not take chances with unknown humans.
Aren’t you glad all “600” of those strangers are gone now, Simon??
Yes, the evidnece was everywhere and you knew rt!
300 STRANGERS!!?? I’M DYING!!! LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor baby…
Somehow i have a difficult time believing there were that many people fitted into your normal size house. Still, a stranger is a stranger and i understand that you are wary.
