Hello friends, yes, there are new kittens here, that’s fur sure, but right now this bird is driving me crazy. My Dad says it’s a short trip. I’m not sure what that means but it is driving me crazy. I sure give it what for and chatter at it and its antics. It’s hopping up and down the limbs of the bush that’s right outside of the front window. Then it flies off and then it flies back. Up and down the limbs it goes. It looks right at me, it’s taunting me. Come here little birdie, let’s have a chat.
By the way, I did hide a bit over the weekend. No, I’m not afraid of the kittens, but the Dad did bring in a big box and it was a bit scary. The TV that the Mom and Dad have in the kitchen when to it’s Rainbow Bridge so they adopted a new one. For some reason the noise of the unpacking the new TV startled me and I did go under the recliner for a bit. Hey, you just can’t be too safe so why take chances? Anyways, everything in the kitchen is back to normal now. That’s a good thing, I like normal.
Y’all have a terrific Tabby Tuesday! I’ll be back later, like maybe tomorrow! Remember, adopt cats, we deserve it!!!!! More Forever Homes More Often! Purrrrr! Zip! Later!

We like the crazy in birdies, Brian, they make us SOL…MOL….back to normal sounds purrfect to us😸Extra Pawkisses🐾😽💞
we agree… bitrd tv is better than the big tv thingies ;O)
New kittens to train and teach Brian – you’re up to it as the Leader of the Pack! As for that bird – maybe she has a crush on you and can’t resist visiting to see you through the window??????
Hugs, Teddy
Sometimes the birdies make us crazy too. We think you were smart to hide from that big box.
Simon, Lynn says when she was a hundred years younger and in school when things were scary they taught them to crawl under the desk. I’d say that you learned the lesson somewhere along the way it’s just as good. Precious
I bet once those new kittens are free to roam the house, you, Kiki and the two newbies are going to have some really wild times. You will be the older one trying to keep all the young girls in line which is kind of a scary thought, LOL!
“My Dad says it’s a short trip.”
Your dad is too funny, Simon! BTW, a new TV and all the kerfuffle would have had Derry hiding too, so you’re in good company. 🙂
From that last pic, of your dad and Maxwell, we see who already rules the humans. 😛
So sorry that bird is distracting you. I know how much you wish you could get out there and capture it or maybe you might be too scared to do that. Maxwell looks so cute sitting with Daddy. Glad you didn’t stay hidden for very long you’re getting better every day
Oh those darn birds! We have them too and mum feeds them!!
Good to hear it was only a box for a TV 😉 Humans like those things.
Guess we are not entertaining enough 🙂
Love the pic of Maxwell . He is mighty cute.
Purrs, Julie
Simon, you should join your dad and Maxwell 🙂
Oh SImon…many MANY snmooches to you from Katie (and me) for the accidental fright you had yesterday in the kitchen during the burial of the old TV and the welcoming of the new one. Go teach Maxwell all he needs to know about being a co-mancat of the house and ask Seal to tend to Macy.
Those birdies can be so pesky sometimes, Simon!
Those birdies can sure be loud and noisy, Simon. Keep your eye on them!
We hope you will love the new kittens, Simon!
Purrs,
The Chans
Bird TV is crazy making here, too, Simon! Cute picture of you and the new little one, Maxwell!
Aw on the new kitty. So cute and no you can’t be to careful Simon. You’re most wise.
I’m glad the peeps go a new television in the kitchen.
Thank you for joining the Happy Tuesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Happy Tuesday. Scritches all around and my best to your peeps. ♥
We like watching bird TV out our windows, too. Of course, being dogs we prefer the squirrel or chipmunk channel better. BOL!
Poor Simon; being taunted like that!
The birdie is playing with you ~ sweet one ~ hide if you need to ~ Tis the ‘busy’ season me thinks ~ so take care of you ~ Xo
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Simon I bet those are the birds twitting about the handsome puddy cat in the window.
Hi Maxwell the Resident house Panther
Hugs Cecilia
Best not to chat with that bird, Simon. We’ve also read that those involved with Twitter-ing these days are very troubled in many ways …
(Hi itty bitty Maxwell, looks like you’re getting loved to the max!)
You tell those birds Simon! Looks like Maxwell is enjoying sitting with your dad.
Poor Simon!!! The birds will soon be an afterthought once those kittens are big enough to run around!! BTW, I didn’t know that TVs had their own Rainbow Bridge!! MOL MOL MOL!!
Sorry that bird is taunting you. How nice that your folks got a new tv.
I totally get your bird problem Simon, the birds are all over the place here. Mama says they are my grating, I say they are grating on my nerves!
Here’s hoping they move along soon!
xoxo,
Rosy
PeeEss…Hiya Maxwell!
Normal is good! Hope you get your paws on that birdie 😉
Maxwell es muy lindo. Mi perritas son igual con los pajaros. Te mando un beso.
I hate anything being unpacked, or anything frantic occurring.
New stuff might be dangerous, always better to be safe until you are sure.
There’s a bird that does that here, too, Simon. Maybe it is cousins with the one there. That big box sounds like it was kind of scary!
Wow, Maxwell has come quite a ways! <3
Simon, Lita would have agreed with you. You can't be too careful about new things. Tylan, on the other hand, wants to be in the middle of all the unpacking and building when it goes on around here.
We are glad things are back to normal. Stay warm!
Oh my, how many new kittens are moved in? Can’t wait to see them out and about after Christmas. You look so into trying to catch that black bird.
Pesky birds!
Charlee: “Bird! Bird! Bird!”
Chaplin: “That Maxwell sure is a fuzzy little guy.”
Charlee: “Bird! Bird! Bird!”
Chaplin: “Almost as fuzzy as Charlee, I think.”
Charlee: “Bird!!!”
We have pigeons here. They are fun to watch, but our human says they make a mess on the balcony. She takes good care of our litter boxes, so cleaning up after the birds should be easy.
Xena: If you ever get your paws on that birdie, Simon, it will be joining the old TV over the bridge, BOL.
Chia: Look at that Maxwell, already claiming territory with your Dad. I wouldn’t put up with it.
As a nature watching human, I interested our kitty Polly in squirrels this morning. We had fun. However, having bent down leaning on the tea cat, I kept getting a mouthful of cat tail whenever Polly decided to turn around. lol Be well!
OMC! OMC! What a cute kitten! You would have LOVED the lantern flies on our screen that would have been mocking me if I had cared. They certainly mocked the humans.
