Today we are all thankful that little Macy got her Good Girl Medal from the Vet on Monday and she is officially out our her surgical recovery time. She got through it like a real champ. As y’all know she spent lots of time in her onesies and spent every night in her playpen. She really didn’t fuss about it too much, she was really pretty cooperative through the whole ordeal. We’re proud of you little Macy.

Macy and her brother Maxwell have been running and romping all over the house and up and down the stairs. It’s good to see and hear, unless it is in the middle of the night. Actually though, they both pretty much sleep through the night, just like the rest of us.

  4. Good news about Macy. Tell me how you got them to sleep at night like the rest of you. Smokey chooses the middle of the night to knock something off of a shelf, the taller the shelf, the better, he must think.

  13. Brian, that is such good news for the kittens to be able to play and rough house as much as they want now. So I strongly suggest you watch out and stay out of the way so you don’t get steamrolled.

  14. someone we all know and love appears to have passed out from playing with a peppermint catnip toy. I laughed long and loud when the photot open, and dear sweet Macy you are adorable.. yay for vet stamp of approval

  26. I’m thankful for the great amounts of snow we have received lately, but also thankful that it doesn’t really stick around for long.

    Today I’m thankful that the workers are here today. They are finishing up the cabinets upstairs and other workers are chalking the baseboards. Tomorrow the new bed for our master is being delivered and we’ll move from the guest room to the master. Next Thursday all our upstairs furniture will be delivered and then we’ll spend a few days putting everything back where it belongs. We’re doing the happy dance.
