Hello everyone, thanks to you all for stopping by for our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop.  I am always thankful to each of you for joining us!  Each and every Thursday we share the things for which we are most thankful and we always enjoy reading all of the things you are thankful for too. If you are new to our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop, thanks for hopping in, we really do get excited when new blogger pals join us!

This week we had two, yes two Vet trips in our household.  I went on Monday and Kiki went on Tuesday.  On Monday, as you may recall, I went to get a monoclonal antibodies booster because my arthritis was affecting my mobility.  I’m most thankful that my booster shot helped me out and I’m much more mobile and able to hop up on things again.  I can go to the brushing perch, lay in the sink and lay on the back of the couch again!

For those of you that wondered, Kiki was really surprised that it was her turn for a Vet trip since she was feeling fine.  Kiki went for her wellness visit and we were all thankful to hear that all is well with her.  Oh, and Kiki was thankful that the teeth brushing has paid off for her, the Vet said her teeth look terrific.  Everything else, heart, lungs, eyes, etc., were good too.

  1. I’m so very happy for your and Kiki’s great reports from the vet visits! A friend of mine was wondering when they’re going to have that arthritis treatment ready for people, she says it worked a miracle for her cat and she wants some.

  20. Seeing the vet is a good thing. Not the car ride, but the vet visits are a good thing. Glad all is well.

    I’m thankful that I found your peeps and all the kitties that live in your home.

    I’m thankful that next Monday we get the upper cabinets put in our kitchen and on Wednesday we get the quartz countertops in. Coming right along.

  27. Ooh I have to start coming on Wednesday! Feel like I’m missing something coming so late. The linkie is weird so I hit it again. Sorry to double book. I’m grateful we get together every week. Here’s to dental health!

  35. That’s wonderful to hear the booster is helping your arthritis. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about that right now but I’m sure those days are coming. The aging process is rough sometimes but it’s better than the alternative, right? More good news with Kiki’s wellness checkup going A.ok. Tell her to take good care of her teeth. It’s not fun when you have to have them worked on like I did yesterday. At least the big part is done. Now to wait for my permanent bridge to be seated. I’m thankful that DH got me to thinking about things I’ve noticed not right about my teeth just before I went in for my cleaning/checkup. I’m doubly thankful that my dentist found the problem because it would only get worse with more complicated and costly repairs. Finally, I’m thankful we had the money to pay for the work. Trips to the dentist aren’t cheap! Our insurance will reimburse some of it. Every little bit helps. That’s a thankful, too. :) Have a good weekend, furriends!
